12/2/2004 06:03 | I have not seen the announcementin the National papers yet. Has anybody. | sagem
10/2/2004 17:25 | How important is the alliance? We hear lots of great things about the savings our customers are making but what about how much we get out of the deals. I'm not being negative but simply trying to guage how attractive this share is med/long term. Directors buying would suggest that things are going well and that we're on the verge of profit but what profit potential/capacity does Asite have and where realistically can we expect the market cap to be if or when the shares are re-rated? | flc
10/2/2004 12:41 | well done sage.. have not checked the papers.. will do so... | safman
10/2/2004 12:28 | I E mailed ASITE today asking why no RNS or any form of advertising re alliance with the German company. They said that they notified the press yesterday so I would imagine some form of reporting will be made. Should help the share price to rise. Has anybody seen it mentioned in the national papers. | sagem
10/2/2004 08:45 | The directors have been buying just before this announcement was made, I wonder if this is why no RNS, It does seem funny that when they have got such good news they fail to advertise it. Well i bought a further 5000 shares this morning, they are far to cheap and will be re rated soon. | sagem
10/2/2004 08:36 | It's the same old story with Asite - great company but they keep all news flow firmly under wraps - why? | flc
09/2/2004 21:32 | it is actually good news.. with dirs buying.. at 3.5p and 5.5p.. take it as an advantage,..if u believe in the recovery buy... have accumulated just over 200K...on this. Mind u ..i've got 24 others to think about.. | safman
09/2/2004 20:41 | So why did the share price go down today after this excellent news, and why did it not go out as a RNS announcement with a price increase. | sagem

02/2/2004 16:07 | No news is good news safman. There must be a trading statement fairly shortly and it must be good news. Can't see any other reason why management would buy stock. We'll see. | flc
02/2/2004 15:48 | fairly quiet on the ASE front... | safman
15/1/2004 11:47 | Yes ASE is frustrating. Usually when the FD resigns (especially just before yr end) it spells trouble. On this ocassion he resigns and two senior directors start buying? You seem keen on a bit of risk - check out DMR (DYOR) Thanks for ASC will monitor | flc

30/12/2003 14:14 | correct xena..looked at the website today...rechecked..a | safman
30/12/2003 14:09 | Asite did not publish its results for the year ended 31/12/02 until 27/6/03, almost waiting til the last minute. But results for the half year to 30/6/03 were published in July 03!!!! Maybe as there is no longer any historical baggage Asite can publish its full year results by the end of January! Have you noticed in The Times Asites classification has moved in recent weeks from Building and Construction to Software and Computer Services, which is more relevant to what it does. Hopefully it will get noticed a bit more. I've held these for quite while and had a small top up (my third) this morning. I agree, this share has excellent potential and as there seems little news about following the lead of the directors seems sensible. The Chairman also takes his salary in shares (at 10p!) so on the basis they must know something we don't........ | xenawarriorprincess |
