Hindsight please to see someone understands the accounts . Have to investigate dragon fruit cultivation.how long from planting to harvesting the fruit for example .
Yes i did understand something in the report ! Very strong envelope, should have kept it to show something for my investment . Second thoughts why aggravate oneself every time you see it . Better only twice a year when the new one arrives.

it is a relief to find that ACHL has tidied itself up and seems, on my rushed reading of the accounts, to be concerned only in the growing and sale of oranges from its Hepu plantation.

Net assets are shown as RMB 105 million and there are 1249 million shares outstanding.
So the NAV per share is RMB 0.084 or about 1p.
Of this RMB 105m net current assets amount to about RMB 23m.

Another annual report arrives ! It is in English but difficult to understand
.company is still alive and trying to relist .
has to jump through a few hoops first .has jumped through some of them.
perhaps my shares might purchase a pizza soon ,with luck a drink as well ? One lives in hope !

They appear to be losing their court cases. There were loads of scam warnings but the fact they are still in existence means its not a total write off They are still producing fruit .
The cost of selling the shares if they ever relist will probably exceed their value .

these reports go straight in the recycling bin when I receive them. wasted enough attention on this "firm" already". Can't be a good use of their limited funds mailing these out to us!

Perhaps these results will appear there soon or on the co’s website if this is still maintained

There has been a number of legal actions and accusations of fraud.
The company has regained control of its Hanu orange estates. The interim results shows
no revenue, since all the crop will be harvested in the second half.
Two sets of acounts and two sets of interim results are for insomnia sufferers. There are no borrowings, but liabilities which I do not understand.

God knows !you have to be a Chinese lawyer and / or a Chinese accountant to understand what is going on. The fact they sent a bundle of reports covering 2015/6 and 2016/7 shows something is going on. Rmb loss 2016/7 28.5 million 2015/6 216.6 million. They are doing deals . My shares Might be worth a few pence in total but haven't a clue. We will have to wait and see. When I have a long journey to make on public transport i might take them to read .important point they are not paying a dividend as you might have guessed.If anything startling in them i will report back but don't hold your breath !.
Hold the presses based on the hk share price on 29/9/16 the mkt cap is 749.8 million hk S. ?????????!.!!!!!!!!!. My shares might buy a toilet roll! Perhaps I will use the company reports .Will remind me of IZAL 60 years ago!

My shares are in a nominee name and so I have not received the accounts.
Is there any indication that trading of ACHL shares in Hong Kong or on AIM might be resumed ?
Do the accounts suggest that our shares might still have any value ?

They even used false names. The small cap brokers pushed it. Even the FT described it as a well managed company with a strong balance sheet and growing cash flow to cover its' dividend. Now iii has bought TD Waterhouse? So I guess it's in their interests to push these kind of AIM stocks. Expect more of the same.
