03/7/2017 13:24 | LollMAO !!! | my retirement fund
02/7/2017 23:36 | When fraud and common theft of shareholders asserts are involved on Londons AIM market then the chances of anyone being held to account are almost zero.More chance of the pope going to jail than someone connected with this one ! | my retirement fund
02/7/2017 19:47 | I bought into the vision of the Chinese Middle Class wanting to quaff on home grown juice. The £2.5k I've written off here leaves a very sharp taste in the mouth. I'd have some solace in knowing someone goes to jail on the back of this but it's not likely is it? | lionheart79
05/6/2017 21:15 | Out and out fraud, floated and pretended it had cash. Did they ever really have plantations?, I doubt it. Then made up stories about one disaster to another, then no money as all the plantations have disease etc.. | lennonsalive
17/5/2017 11:45 | There was research from 2011/12 that highlighted the fraud that was ACHL but investors on here ignored the research and preferred to shoot the messengers. They (ACHL) never intended to grow Oranges successfully - it was intended as a fraud from the outset imo. | cockerhoop
17/5/2017 11:05 | When a chinese billionaire schleps up on these shores and buys a football club at least you can see your money in carlos kickaballs right foot.I bought these after a report in share mag 6 years ago about how the growing chinese middle class want orange juice. They did'nt know ACHL were the worst orange growers in the history of orange growing. | djflay
17/5/2017 09:58 | it really is remarkable that what is so obviously a gambling racket masquerading as a stock exchange is allowed to operate woith government funded tax breaks to the operators and advisers to the members (listed companies) who all conspire to make money by supporting each other. | hereford29
28/4/2017 07:27 | Yet another AIM fraud from start to finish. Lost count how many there are but unless laws are put in place and AIM is fined along with AIM nomads and auditors nothing is going to change and investors will keep getting robbed with no recourse.Another thing, such fraud compounds to drain the economy. The UK has literally lost billions over the years. This is all money that could have been used to generate real wealth and employ real workers for the benefit of their and their family and communities around them. | my retirement fund
28/4/2017 05:52 | Me too, it's terrible how this has turned out. I sold out long ago but always thought it was a good stock. I had bought it in anticipation of the HK listing as thought it go up with Chinese interest, and it did. Plus it felt safe in those days after 2008 being invested in Chinese oranges, I mean how far away could you get from banks affected by the credit crush. Anyway once it done it's job I got out. But as I say terrible situation for this ending up like this. I remember the original owner selling out a large chuck and thought that was odd. | the oak tree
28/4/2017 00:25 | I got in and out many times, maybe broke even. I wonder if this company ever really had an money or oranges. Feel sorry for those who've lost money on it. | lennonsalive
30/3/2017 10:58 | I do not see the cancellation of our AIM quotation as conclusive evidence of our shares being worthless although they may well be. If and when the mystery of the evaporating cash is ever resolved, ACHL could be resuscitated and dealing restored in HK if not on AIM. | varies
29/3/2017 20:20 | great, let's have a party | cordwainer
15/3/2017 16:03 | glad I got out a LONG time ago, the announcements have lacked the signs of a credible business for at least as long. | cordwainer
06/3/2017 16:21 | What good would that do, the company is based in China, the non execs have got precisely nowhere in trying to establish the facts. If you get to the situation where even the auditor can spot the fraud the writings on the wall. This ain't coming back IMO. | cockerhoop
06/3/2017 15:26 | maybe some sort of shareholder group should investigate why all the phoney baloney | cordwainer
03/3/2017 14:03 | Yeah, I take it back. Another delay to publishing accounts announced today - still no timeline for when they will be ready. What a shambles | zzaxx99
27/1/2017 22:24 | Not sure I agree they're edging forward, todays RNS suggests that no progress has been made in substantiating the allegations. | cockerhoop
27/1/2017 18:41 | Another update today... sounds like they are inching very slowly towards resumption of trading | zzaxx99
10/1/2017 09:04 | do they own the land that the groves are on, and if so, what is that worth on the open market ? | fullbright
06/1/2017 12:04 | Another non-update Suspect AIM delisting late March, sorry state of affairs. | cockerhoop
31/12/2016 18:22 | RE: Nerdofsteel 29 Nov '16 - 10:27 - 4405 of 4406 no assets? what about all the orange trees? .. how much would you pay me for just the diseases on the orange trees? i'll even throw in a free typhoon. | cordwainer |
