22/6/2018 11:34 | "The Mining Journal Select conference is aimed at showcasing pre-development stage mining companies to a predominately institutional audience. Attendance at the event is upon an invite only basis for mining companies." | ![]() mr roper

22/6/2018 11:08 | Latest release at 10.57am, ARS Attendance at Mining Journal Select Conference. Some share price action soon I suspect. | ![]() hawks11
22/6/2018 09:32 | Spread is 10.4725/10.56 so MMs happy for a bouyant market in ars. I'm in north Wales so agm too far away. My thoughts will be with anyone attending. | ![]() littlemadam
21/6/2018 23:26 | I'm not too worried about an economic downturn next year. The trends towards greater electrification are far greater than any modest downturn. And we know what happened after the last crash when money flowed rapidly into hard assets like metals. | ![]() cyberbub
21/6/2018 22:28 | HG think we are probably looking at end of July imho. Frustrating but it will come, just like the 80%, and the Baroi permit et al.There was only one thing that I liked about losing Steve ... and that was no more putting a date on expected news. FYI FinnC the BFS was originally due in Q1 in earlier presentations | mattjwhity
21/6/2018 15:43 | The copper and shipping markets continued to grow at around 2% per annum for the entire duration of the long 2008-2016 commodity sector recession. The current fundamentals of both markets suggest any continuation of this level of growth (most forecasts are for higher growth) will produce a significant deficit situation over the next 2-5 years. Regardless at to whether there is a downturn next year - i doubt the ARS management will have much of a problem arranging finance for a premium prospect like BKM, when the average global grade of new production in development is 0.39%. | ![]() mount teide
21/6/2018 15:40 | HG I agree with your last two post with the exception of another missed timeline. I don't recall any missed timeline(s). That said if it was the choice between a missed timeline or a better deal which enhances ARS, I would take the missed timeline. I completely agree 110% about your bull market comment & getting BKM financed as a priority for the exact same reasons you have stated. Hit the nail on the head there! | finncairn
21/6/2018 15:28 | Just to add , the BFS should be due now, what about before the AGM so plenty to talk about..... What we don’t want is it dragging into July with the inference of yet another missed timeline... | ![]() highly geared
21/6/2018 15:24 | The overriding focus has to be getting BKM financed and quick. The macro markets are holding up but the smart money is on another crash sometime 2019. I think we’ve had just about the longest stock market bull run in history, fuelled by QE and cheap credit (debt). I want to see BKM financed as, other then the copper price and politics , it de-risks us at 10p and should see us to 30p by 2020 on BKM alone. It also paves the way for more aggressive development of Beutong from 2020 using free cash flow from BKM. And , it supports th share price across all the assets as the market assumes the BoD has the credibility to finance these assets through to production. With finance for BKM , the value of Ars becomes a function of price:earnings rather than pure asset value. What we don’t want is stranded assets worth notional $ billions into a bear market. Get BKM financed and we can all relax to some degree and indeed add to our positions. | ![]() highly geared
21/6/2018 15:19 | The share price has at best 14 bagged currently 10 bagged. A ten bagger is not a disgrace it's testament to what the BOD at ARS have achieved to date. Unfortunately & out with their control is a seller or sellers but given the above it's perfectly normal for people who have ten bagger or better to either we risk by selling or say enough is enough I've ten bagged & sell the lot. Nothing to worry about, nothing has changed at ARS, it's just unfortunate that ARS have 10 bagged just at a time that finance for maiden project is underway which is predominately the riskiest time in a mining companies life. I'm not worried though. | finncairn
21/6/2018 14:32 | Completely agree, hb. 400% return to date here. | ![]() mr roper
21/6/2018 14:29 | Mr P. I disagree. 10p plus is a perfectly reasonable share price for us at this time. When the 80% Beutong ownership, the results of a few 1000m Beutong drills and the bankable feasibility study for bkm are announced then 10p would be an embarrassment...but not yet. The directors can post a price chart with a certain pride on Monday. We are over ten times the price we were in Jan 2016 and still have a long way to go. | ![]() horneblower
21/6/2018 13:23 | It would be fair to say that the board of directors will not be putting up a graph of the monthly share price at the AGM, it has to be a source of embarrassment to them and certainly no reflection on their performance! It's always nice to show a graph projecting North to attract new investors but any serious investor will see past the current down trend as it seems to be forced by one body on the whole! | mrpiggy

21/6/2018 11:06 | Presumably it is pure coincidence that the agm is being held at 12 New Fetter Lane which is the offices of the law firm "Bird and Bird" who's web address is twobirds.com? With Peter in the chair there will be three birds! | ![]() horneblower
