Don’t Jadestone Energy have their own board where you can both debate this? Or just direct message each other?

Back to Asiamet…I̵7;d suggest nobody knows what we’re waiting for next. Probably another theoretical update about how they’d do something if they took it to production.
Hopefully coppers move will accelerate the DOID takeout.

'Continue to hold Jadestone Energy, as the company and sector fundamentals, and long industry experience, strongly suggests the operational difficulties the company experienced over the last 18 months are now behind the management, and on the balance of probabilities, is likely to see the valuation strongly rerate once the stock returns from its RTO trading suspension, whether the deal completes or not.'

Jadestone Energy returned from trading suspension mid morning yesterday - is up 26% in less than 24hrs. As suggested last week, the market seems to like the operational and financial progress made since the stock was suspended for a RTO, AND like me, the fact that the seller has decided the three competing interests ALL had a much lower view of what they were prepared to pay for the assets, and so elected to pull the divestment.

A lot more than the current MC I'd say. Only six holes drilled into the gold and silver so need a lot more. But they did mention excellent continuity from section ro section, which is what you want to read regarding drilling.

How much is a million ounces of gold worth? That's just a guess at the amount of gold, and all imho!

Also worth noting that disastrous Manini deal was circa four years ago at the height of an unknown pandemic, and now we have a new and energised CEO running things.

All imho please DYOR.

MT his given countless posts about Manini, yet Yasx says about MT'S beloved JSE boss:

"What PB has shown with Montara is effective planning, operational excellence and assessing financial risk are not his strong points".

LoL got to laugh at MT going heavy on Montara LoL !!!

RR - Equity investing is about making money, something you and Bradshaw - the latest Manini shill/propagandist to grace Advfn with your equity investment 'wisdom' - seem to have little idea of how to achieve, if your posts are a reliable guide.

Unlike you, as one of the few on Advfn to publish all new positions or whenever I sell down/out, my equity investment performance record is completely transparent and there to be shot at.

Entirely predictably, you pick one of the currently underwater holdings from my portfolio.

The five energy sector investments brought during the last 2.5 years have returned a collective average capital gain of 129% even after accounting for the -70% Advanced Energy loss....against a -49% return for the AIM Energy Index.

While the two US listed shipping stocks bought during summer 22 have returned an average 93% capital gain including dividends.

Performance since first purchase to date:
+667% - Touchstone Exploration - sold down half at an average 840% profit.
+266% - Valeura Energy
+210% - Arrow Exp
+209% - Savannah Energy
+206% - Petrotal
+121% - Scorpio Tankers
+59% - Afentra
+35% - Star Bulk Carriers
-32% - Jadestone Energy
-70% - Advanced Energy (crystallised a loss after the failure of a very high COS binary drill)

A position in Southern Energy was exited very close to a break even average price.

4,200% - Clarkson(held for 22.5 of the 24.0 years since 2000) plus more than 8 times the purchase price in dividends.

Continue to hold Jadestone Energy, as the company and sector fundamentals, and long industry experience, strongly suggests the operational difficulties the company experienced over the last 18 months are now behind the management, and on the balance of probabilities, is likely to see the valuation strongly rerate once the stock returns from its RTO trading suspension, whether the deal completes or not.

Why the lack of portfolio diversification ? Its targeting the recovery stage of the latest Commodity/Shipping sector market cycle.

I can't make head nor tail of the technical talk on the Jadestone thread, but correct me if I'm wrong MT, haven't they got massive liabilities (aside from yourself) and a ship with holes in it? Or some kind of problems with the tanks or something? Maybe get down there with some gaffer tape son !

RR - unlike the fantasy land world you live in, the market lives in the real world and has voted with its feet - valuing the company at a share-price a completely catastrophic 3.5% of what it was worth when Manini commenced monetising the assets.

I actually owe Manini a great debt of gratitude - had he not been publicly hoodwinked by the industrial scale fraudsters running Aeturnum Energy, I may not have exited in the two week window available at circa 5.5p, after posting my research on the criminals that was freely available in the public domain.

That investment money, as posted at the time, went into Savannah Energy - I would now need a 31 bagger at the current ARS share price to break even, if I had listened to Manini's appalling Due Diligence on the Aeturnum criminals, rather than carry out my own research on his 'carefully' selected strategic partners. And possibly as high as a 100 bagger if Savannah shortly come out of an RTO trading suspension at the market consensus valuation of the enlarged company were the deal to complete.

Yet, even that 100 bagger circa 50p ARS share price would still only be a quarter of the £2/share valuation some of Manini's online propagandists like Montim were once freely posting on here -after some of us started calling out the management for repeatedly failing to deliver on any operational and financial development targets given to the market - including boldly claiming the management would not sell out for anything less.

Predictably, now long gone, all that remains some 5 years later is the same smug, sanctimonious arrogance of the well heeled management and, the investment destroying 0.5p share-price they have since delivered.
