25/6/2018 11:51 | Yes but a $1b company with 100's of millions of shares in issue can't really help the PI can it, we will be diluted to oblivion by then. So it may become $1b business but our stakes will be miniscule compared to what they are today! Prove up as much as they can and sell off would be my preference! | markth126
25/6/2018 11:46 | lol markth, just how do you build a $1b company like this without bringing in partners/insti's/fun | dorset64
25/6/2018 11:45 | Of course there is more dilution. How do you expect a non-revenue producing company to fund the development of its assets? There will certainly be an equity component of the BKM finance deal. | jc2706
25/6/2018 11:37 | More dilution on the way then! Great | markth126
25/6/2018 11:20 | I think this is the number that will be used for the equity funding part of the BKM finance package. | librayang0925
25/6/2018 11:16 | >>does that mean BKM finance is already done>> No. It means that they are in a position to issue 200 million more shares than they were yesterday. | zho
25/6/2018 11:13 | The authorized share increased to1.2 billion, does that mean BKM finance is already done. | librayang0925
25/6/2018 11:11 | I agree that it appears the markets are no longer as enthusiastic regarding drill results & interviews. I also agree that it appears the markets are saying show us you can deliver a fully financed BKM. That said unless 80% ownership of Beutong was already priced in which I believe it wasn't not to mention all the news still to come from now to BKM fully financed rns, then I am of the opinion that instead of gradual rises in share price it is a possibility that this might just re rate significantly over night. Just an opinion but what else can the share price do when good news after good news is released & the share price stays stagnant? BKM fully financed rns I believe we re rate significantly. | finncairn
25/6/2018 11:00 | completely agree...nothing, and i mean, nothing...going on behind the scenes "Don't look at the finger, you miss out on all the heavenly glory" - Bruce Lee. | mr roper
25/6/2018 10:57 | sorry not Tony, I meant Peter, brain is frazzled today. | knokke1
25/6/2018 10:55 | Liberium sitting on the ask (and have been for a day or two), the increase in authorised RNSed with the AGM results and senior management in London and talking to insitutional investors, the feasibility study essentially finished (based on Tony interview 7 June) but unpublished. These are all simply coincidences, clearly nothong is going on behing the scenes. | knokke1
25/6/2018 10:36 | How do we finance bkm then, Charles? Investment. What price? Have a read off the liberum note. | mr roper
25/6/2018 10:36 | Spread now 10.33/10.47. CC, I too am lucky enough to have bought the bulk of my holding at under 2.2p and happy to hold for much longer. | littlemadam
25/6/2018 10:25 | I think I could learn something important here. Are you saying a buyer can cause the price to drop? How? | charles clore
25/6/2018 10:18 | Could be Mr. R. | finncairn
25/6/2018 10:12 | don't think it's a seller holding it back, more likely a buyer. | mr roper
25/6/2018 10:11 | The fact the Beutong rns is now out & that adds significant value to the company whilst further de risking as we have achieved another milestone I can only assume there has to be some sort of market manipulation going on here atm given the share price has declined yet again. This seller(s) is or are deliberately trying to hold the share price back. This in my opinion has turned into a battle of wills! The company are way undervalued at present & it's just a matter of holding as at some point the seller(s) will be unable to hold this back. | finncairn
25/6/2018 10:11 | Ah, Dorset so that's why you are so relaxed - 18 months is a good price buffer for you. I have been invested for just under a year and taking the average price of all my purchases am still underwater. So perhaps you can understand why I get a bit jumpy when the price drops (every time) on good news. | charles clore
25/6/2018 10:06 | We’re in a stagnant/awkward period in the company’s development. The lustre and excitement of drill RNSs has worn off , ditto all the podcasts which repeat the same ( positive) mantra but now with no effect on the share price. The market is now saying ‘ prove you can get a project financed and into production ‘. This is why delivery of the BKM BFS is important along with a steer on the direction and timescale to financing. The Beutong ownership increase is good but the next stage is a scoping study and PEA which is probably a year away. Deep drilling to provide a conceptual model on a much bigger resource will be reassuring but no more than that at this stage. Metallurgy on heap leach is probably more important as it may pave the way for a starter operation on the lines of BKM. It just reminds us all that this is one for the patient and that the value adding milestones of BKM finance ( probably 5 months away), BKM mine start ( 18 months) and Beutong PEA (12-15 months) are some way off. But, the assets are there and will increase and you are buying now for what should hopefully be major value creating milestones. | highly geared
25/6/2018 09:50 | CC - you say for me to 'wake up & smell the coffee' lol. You say its falling off a cliff, what planet are you on. I've taken my position some 18 months ago and then buy when the share price drops for no apparent fundamental reason, which its doing now and in fact, all they've mm's) have done is to narrow the spread as the bid has not moved since Friday's close according to my account, so wheres the cliff?? It may go under 10p, it may rise to 11p, but its most certainly not falling off a cliff like you say it is. Edit: Mr R, I would agree with your thoughts at this stage and with the recent selling with no holding RNS to date, almost as if by magic who ever has sold will end up with around the same number of shares very quickly. | dorset64
25/6/2018 09:50 | well, there are a series of institutional presentations later this week and we have to finance BKM. Work out why we're hanging around 10-11p.... | mr roper
25/6/2018 09:47 | Dorset - we will see who resembles cupid when the share price goes under 10p. Wake up and smell the coffee, someone is trying to get cheap stock and they are not playing by the same book as us. | charles clore
25/6/2018 09:40 | Charles Clore are you sure you're not 'Cupid Stunt' in disguise as a lot of your posts resemble that posters name extremely closely? Another good insightful podcast form the management and along with todays news, all building the company nicely towards it's $1B valuation at some point in the future imo. The only changing factor being with continued deeper drills, increased % assays and with even more stepping out from the existing footprints, that valuation keeps getting closer by the month and now, quite possibly within the next couple of years. | dorset64
25/6/2018 09:32 | as for the share price weakness, i suspect the answers are in the liberum note. | mr roper
25/6/2018 09:31 | hardly falling off a cliff, Charles. It's about 1% down. | mr roper |
