Share Options:

Currently there are 27.0m options outstanding denominated in GBP at an average price of 9.0p and 32.7m options and warrants denominated in Can$ at an average price of 6.6 cents(3.7p).

Giving a total of 59.7m options and warrants at an average price of 6.1p at today's exchange rates - a total upside today of £3.13m over the exercise price.

The exercise price of the Canadian options & warrants has increased in price in GBP over the last 7 months from 3.18p to 3.69p.

The three main Directors collectively hold a total 28.5m share options at an average exercise price of circa 8.0p - these options are circa £900k up over the last three years.

So, it has cost shareholders about £100k a year to employ each of them since 2015 - during which they have created value that has taken the share-price from under 1p to over 11.5p, during a period which has seen Institutional placings totalling £17.7m at an average price of 6.53p to fund the business.

By any objective evaluation this is outstanding value for money!

Cyber & others.

Sorry to bother you again but the ii system is bad. I opened an isa with them using my £20k allowance. I cannot top up wih caeh to pay for the £22.50 quarterley credits as I've used my annual allowance. So they are selling my ARS shares to generate the the cash to pay for the cedits. Not a lot of shares i know but what a stupid system. How crazy is that? I've told thm so. I'm not impressd.

Been nibbling away whilst it's 'quiet'! Took another 30k @ 11.725 showing as a sell. I'm surprised the share price has stayed under 12p today with the buying pressure first thing.
Perhaps the MM's read the thread and are keeping the price at bay, only too happy to sell at a couple of pennies premium on the anticipated high volume day of the 6th.
Only my cynical musings as I love a good conspiracy theory! ;@)

I've only listened to the first episode so far. It had its moments but didn't have me incapable of speech like the original radio series or books. Still, I will listen to the rest as and when.

Entirely agree. If the trailers are anything to go by, the latest offering is a disappointment.

Great man, Douglas Adams. The latest radio show is not quite the same.

Just looked at those charts again (thanks for providing in the header) and, while I'm not heavily into TA, the price movements look completely normal in the 1 and 3 year context. After a high there is always a little pull-back prior to new highs.

Are Dysg, not an answer to your Q of when to invest prior or after the 6th April, but if you go back over the past couple of years that I've been sniffing around either watching or investing, very rarely does the share price seem to react to good news on the day of release but more over, starts its next climb in the days after a release.

Further and with the current climate like it is, I honestly think the price is currently being held down by the wider economic/Trump factor along with one or two other s bailing at this point. I cant say whether the share price would be higher or lower on the 7th April but if it were I, I would be buying shares right now in anticipation of the next rise which will at some point, most definitely arrive.

I think its a ‘ given’ with the right timelines and a good commodities/ macro picture as the assets are there and we have a BOD who’ve done it before. 2021-23 is my timeline.

Beutong; taking ownership up to 80% takes to to c 1.7million tonnes of copper, accounting for measured, indicated and inferred.

A key output of the drilling will be to expand the deep copper potential and to move some of the inferred to indicated status.

It’s not hard to imagine a scenario this time next year where Beutong offers a 100k tonne/ annum, 25 year copper/ gold mine life opportunity.

It’s also not hard to imagine that KSK will be moving toward a similar resource scenario with the combined BKM,BKZ,BKW,BKS,Baroi resources.

Those with some vision/patience will be putting these in the bottom drawer, happy to see this great once in a generation opportunity unfold.

‭From the 1st March announcement on Beutong, 8 holes are programmed for c 4000 metres during 2018. So, approximately 1 hole per month.I’d therefore anticipate the first hole is complete or nearing completion and we should hear on this early/mid April.

Beutong will provide a great parallel narrative to KSK and I envisage at least one announcement per month on Beutong for the rest of the year.

May and June will be pivotal value adding months for BKM/BKZ, so c 4 weeks and counting....

Isn't this the question? What is the share price going to do if I sit and wait until I'm allowed to put my money in an ISA in 9 days' time?

We've had two good announcements, today and two days ago, and the share price hasn't been impressed. The stock market is a funny place.

Not sure about that, Arf.

Higher rate cgt is at 20%, so...

Assuming the price doubles. Inside an ISA I make £20k after tax. Outside an ISA I make £16k and if I wait to buy and the price doubles beforehand I make nothing.

I'm hoping to make the extra £4k.

If I buy outside the ISA, I get hit by capital gains tax (subject to a certain assumption, ha ha!)

On the other hand, if I wait until the 6th of April, I'm protected from CGT, so I can buy at a higher price and come out even.

The necessity for CGT protection is subject to the same assumption, ha ha.
