Copper pricing In GBP - what a difference a year makes!

Copper averaged circa £3,360/tonne in H1/2016 - (Reference period for comparison)

Copper averaged circa £4,760/tonne in H1/2017 (41.5% higher)

Copper is averaging circa £4,921/tonne to date in H2/2017 (45.5% higher)

Copper is currently trading at £5,155/tonne (54.0% higher)

Has been a great week . Nice to see the price stay around the 5p mark and above. Hopefully a few of the sellers will not have got back in as looking for a cheaper price to re enter. Hopefully we will move past the 5.7 mark and start to put the market cap where it should have been at least a year ago . GL all LTH.

I agree there are some buys interspersed amongst the sells but the ones around 5.25/5.26 earlier are definitely sells. We'll have to wait for later but I think we'll have another 1 million plus buy around the 5.30 mark later. We'll have to wait and see.

I think some of the sells are actually buys if you look at the prices.

Given the number of sells at 5.25/5.26 today I expect to see some chunky buys later between 5.30 and 5.35 to match those sells. Someones stake building and accumulating. I think another 1 million plus buy is on the cards.
