Or maybe they have been sitting on them for some time and decided to reinvest somewhere. At the end of the day there was a good rise which cannot be sniffed at with potentially alot more to come.

I know do not expect to see the offer drop below 3.25 as they have stock they will probably move it on again.

The diff between buys and sells I quoted earlier now stand at 640k... T trade has rebalanced things a little..

Fairly large holder opting to get out... obviously deciding not to wait on results, or perhaps taking the opportunity to reduce exposure...

What we need to do is see how many share were sold to see if the drop was justified. If it wasn't then it presents an opportunity to get in especially if the MMs don't have too many in free float.

alistair majority of shareholders average about 4p so why would they sell when the share price is rising but only at 3p. and thats the midprice

the next move will be to drop the bid back down, causing a few worried holders to sell thinking their going to miss the chance..

.. mm's just getting hold of shares to sell on higher..

This is one of the reasons people are buying. If you read through the news there is alot of very positive vibes.

LONDON (AFX) - Air traffic control systems provider Avionic Services PLC
said it raised 541,250 stg through a placing with institutional and other
investors of 21.65 mln new shares at 2.5 pence each.
The new funds raised will strengthen the balance sheet and provide
additional working capital for further development of the business.
Bill Price, chairman and chief executive, said: "The business has shown
significant trading improvement over the past eighteen months as reflected in
the latest financial results and the current order book and pipeline of
contracts."
He also said that that trading for the year so far is line with market
expectations and that sales for the four months ending Oct 31 2004 total 1.487
mln stg, a 32.5 pct increase over the same four months last year.
