Record date: 5th February 2025 Effective date: 13th February 2025 Offer terms: New shares in Invesco Asia Trust plc and/or cash, at a rate to be determined by the company New Shares credited on or around 14th February 2025 Cash payment date by 27 February |

I'm getting 100% in JSGI tender and Will invest into DGN after receiving cash, due next week. Also getting 100% cash in BVH tender with cash due early next month. |
Posted at 21/9/2024 11:00 by bitgold Did anything ever come of this takeover news? I find nothing in the searches for it. DGN still holds on a semi-decent discount, especially if there's going to be a significant narrowing in the event of a deal. |
Posted at 21/7/2024 13:34 by 2wild My understanding is AWEM are Proposing combination so won't require any additional capital. You get new shares of the enlarged entity. When New Dawn got taken out by Dragon last year. I got DGN shares, plus some cash near NAV ON PART Of my holding.Ashoka WhiteOak Emerging Markets Trust our proposing a much larger cash element. Up to 50%, this will be fantastic. I could use cash to buy a similar trust on a large discount. |
