Advertisers In China Are Confident But Cautious

SHANGHAI, CHINA -- October is corporate budget season around the world, including in China, so this week on "Thoughtful China," we invited three of the country's leading advertising and digital agency directors to our studio in Shanghai, to share insights about their clients' plans for 2012.
Are multinationals still bullish about consumer spending in China and counting on the mainland to sustain recessions in the U.S. and Europe next year?

The final solace of a deluded fool - it was the MMs wot did it! FYI it isn't Rena, Vera, Jacqui, Allison , Suzanne or anyone else who has presided over this SH!T SHOWER and no amount of presenting conferences in the Far East is going detract from the fact - the financials speak for themselves. It was the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow wot did it! And just to reiterate - ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! All of course IMHO and DYOR!
By the way any more conferences comming up?

FlyingSwan - aka FullofBS - he only gets the speaking gigs cos he is cheap and needs to do them so he can attend the events in the hope he can convince people he is still trading and worth talking to. Moss must be operating on vapour by now and even the last instalment for DGM Australia can only stave off the inevitable for a short while. Most people roate out of AdTech advisory roles after two years - not Moss, he is 4 + ..........

If you are so keen to buy this dog, do you want mine. You can have them at cost to me! ?

Interesting comment from another BB:

I have communicated with Abchurch communications (ADH's PR company) in relation to the website.

They have advised that the DGM website is being relaunched later this year; Adrian has said to them that at this stage there are no plans to do the same to the PLC website, although obviously they do regularly check this for AIM Rule 26 compliance.

Given my comments, they will review this and see what changes can be made to update this further. Seems reasonable to me.

I would like to see ADH itself having a glossier website but the website does itself look quite 'glossy'. As the dgmasia website will reflect what they do I would be happy with that.

How the hell can you short a company worth t'penny ha'penny? Which broker will facilitate such a trade? Where can the stock be borrowed from? Do you know how the market operates? And more importantly what happened to Vera Wang?

A lot of buys going through today in ADH. Though, it may be just the more positive move in the market and the shorts choosing to close their positions, before the big move up in the general market. IMHO

When the tides come in it raises all the boats.

Things are even worse than we thought.....the money in India apparently cannot be touched.
They really must be down to the last few pence of cash by now......and since they are no way going to match up to Omnicom or WPP in winning any sort of major contracts in China, why don't they just shut it down?
