What do the millionaire club think about holding their ADH certificates in paper form instead of with nominee accounts? The reason I say this, is I think the nominee account loan out the shares so people can short the share and drive the price down, while us long term holders loose money.

If we put the shares up for sale say at 1p in the nominee accounts or asked to hold the paper certificates, I do not think they would have the shares to loan out. Thus the shorts would have to buy their shares to cover their positions and the Spreed-betting companies would need to close positions.
Does anyone else know how the system works?

Well on many occasions Adrian Moss has pointed out that there is difficulty in getting the money out of India.

I think he will try and do what he did in Australia, which was sell company to the staff/employees, as a going concern and maybe retain a stake in future profits.

But, if you cannot get profits out of India - I am not sure how you would get the cash realised from a sale of the company, out of India? Any ideas Kemche?

Things are looking more positive for ADH. It will not take much now to make the company profitable. IMHO

surely for ADH to be delisted (maysun 1376)the board will have to find someone to pay for this ....... not Moss' best track record this. Taking money in and returning an ROI, is it .........?

Also, who would buy into this after he sells the latest asset to make money - dgm India - even if he does manage to a decent price for it ???

Come on FlyingSwan, surely you have a chart or something for this?

"The Board has continued to focus on cutting group costs where possible. Central costs include technology provision, management and support functions along with the cost of maintaining the Company's listing"

From what it said in the RNS, there is a fair chance the company will be delisted. So take this into consideration if you want to invest in this share.

an update I had got from my broker:

Announced an update on trading. The Board expects that results for the full year will show a significantly reduced loss against 2010. This has been driven by improvements in business unit performance and a material reduction in central costs. The sales mix and the geographical source of sales in the company's continuing operations has changed and will result in an overall reduction in sales for the full year compared to 2010 along with an increase in gross profit for the same period. The Company has now received the final tranche of funding from the disposal of the DGM Australia business, amounting to AU$428,000 (circa GBP £278,000), net to the Company. At the end of November 2011, the company has cash at bank of £235,000 and a negative net asset position of £525,633. As announced previously, there are restrictions on repatriation of funds from our Indian operation. We expect our India operation to account for £64,000 of the Group's cash resources at month end. Whilst the Board has continued to manage costs as detailed above, due to the ongoing constraints of limited working capital the Board is undertaking a strategic review of each of the Company's business units. Completion of such review may culminate in the proposed disposal of one or more of the Company's subsidiaries in the short term. Consideration is also being given by the Board to alternative financing options for group.

Er no Flying (nose first into the ground) Swan, Mr Moss is not on the Board of ad:tech. You will note one of dgm's old boys James Hawkins is speaking and he jumped ship when he saw Mr Moss in action in Singapore.

Surprised Mr Moss is not one of the guest speakers, perhaps he is too busy trying to flog dgm India to raise money to fund the company (or pay his salary; this depends if you are a shareholder or David Lees)

Perhaps you might ask Mr Moss if he would like to give us a trading update rather than meaningless marketing guff. (Where is Blackster he use to have a hot line to Mr Moss)

Thanks for the heads up FlyingSwan, I have noted "the aggressive growth rates seen in past years may be cooling off" and amended my model – oddly it does not appear to have changed the shareholder value figure.

Why do you think Mr Moss was not invited to give his thoughts as he must be one of the top Directors after all his time at Ad:tech?
