very naughty...... Putting RNS out after hours...tut tut.
So India is sold, Sinapore is in negoiations with a would be enquirer and Chinese operations are about to go chop chop!
So it should bring enough cash for a few more months to pay the CEO and his chum a couple more months top whack...I mean heaven forbid they should starve?
So what know... Well I'm sure they must have been job hunting over Xmas.
Very naughty Mr Moss very naughty.

Well it appears that it is game up.
Mr Moss you decided to take a 50 % wage cut and shares in this company.
You tried and have failed...happens a lot in AIM companies.
So I post my losses and bury the beast of ADH RIP.
Look likes the fat Tw@t has sold every one down the river.
Bail out all better to take a large loss than a total one it is I concour over.
Get into MOS if you can it's already about to blow.

Was this formally DGM? The name Adrian Moss rings a bell from a few years back and he used to post here sometimes. I wonder what he would think of some of the comments here. Well, I guess if the cap fits....

this looks like end of the game, feeling for the holders...
if you can switch ADH to PPR, which at least has big potential and you may get your money back... its at 0.090 and not many shares available

What still astounds me is Moss's bare-faced cheek in issuing an RNS that says the end of the world has arrived......without even a mention of his intentions!

"It's all over now, baby blue"

Pretty awful RNS and what will be left after the disposal of dgm Singapore and closing of Chinese operations, other than Moss's salary.

Love the phrasing of the catastrophic financial position "net liabilities of GBP744,000 and cash resources of GBP 368,000" just chucked in at the end

Unless the flyingswann is Alistair Campbell I can't see him managing to spin this well

Wonder what the accounts say and if they will ever be published

Reducing losses again, Swan?
That's good, is it?
The digital marketing market has gone from effectively zero 15 years ago to absolutely vast today. DGM/ADH has gone in directly the opposite direction. Now that takes real talent. Well done Moss.

Notice this comment on another BB about April's expected Positive results:

trading update on 2/12/2011 that "The Board expects that results for the full year will show a significantly reduced loss against 2010. This has been driven by improvements in business unit performance and a material reduction in central costs. The sales mix and the geographical source of sales in the Company's continuing operations has changed and will result in an overall reduction in sales for the full year compared to 2010 along with an increase in gross profit for the same period. The Board expects to report an approximate 75% reduction in the negative contribution from the operating businesses."

hopefully the result is good. rns tomorrow or next tuesday will be good

I was refering to pillaging of valuable assets, in this case cash. As well documented on this Board (before being moved on by DeadSwann's random ramping postings)

In particular, the cheeky £558k (£292k salary, £56k pension and £240k equity as per 2010 accounts) Mr Moss pays himself out of shareholder funds as there are no profits (as agreed by the Board) - please note this is before expenses which are claimed and no doubt paid to Mr Moss.

When this goes pop in a couple of weeks time, the Liquidators report will make interesting reading as to where all the money went (My guess Mr Moss). I wonder how Mr Lassman feels about all this, the other directors won't care (Lees is retired and Moss is Moss), but Lassman is a partner in a law firm, who may not be impressed by his stewardship of this company. A good working example is Rangers & Colliers Bristow.

Looking forward to the DeadSwann's next ramping ploy. Perhaps Rita will take the place of the fat lady

DeadSwan

Nice try to ramp some life into this dead duck.

But ad-tech.com is organinsed by - the key being dmg not dgm

Perhaps your efforts would be better directed to trying to get some numbers out of Moss, if he is not too busy looting the company!

Figures promised in April - but when + the outcome of the strategic review (ho ho sell something, anything, Moss's salary to pay)

Happy ramping

But she will be back soon, no doubt.
All very depressing!

calling Blackster and FlyingSwann - surely one of you must have a gem to cheer up this slow death of 1,000 cuts; or in Moss's case "roll up roll up anything goes for a parnd"

What no charts this week FlyingSwann ..................

If only Mr Moss was. I fear he is making sure his expense claims are paid, while maxing out the company credit card looking for new business (aka entertaining) and making sure any "mates" are paid anything owed. Naturally he will be seeing how many months more his salary can be paid.

I wondered for a while if he would take the company private and try to do some insolvency trick – CVA etc but I suspect it has all gone too far for that now.

I fear Manchester will be getting a new resident soon – "I could have been a contender"

Perhaps a piper playing a lament would be more appropriate!

PS Flyingswann, could do with some cheering up find us a meaningless article on the subject would you

Hi Almost

I have no idea. He has an excessive salary, awarded by the Board, so it would depend if saved it. I am led to believe he has quite a racy lifestyle as befits an internet entrepreneur (e.g. planes, fancy cars etc) so one would wonder.

Although Moss has a monstrous ego, I wonder if he regrets turning down the 5p a share offer he was made a couple of years ago. It was alleged he told the Board (David Lees & John Porter) he would take that share price back to 20p at the time.

But as the say hindsight is a perfect science.

Hi Paddy.
If it weren't such a tragic waste of a decent technical head start on competitors all those years ago, one could but laugh.
Has Moss salted anything away for his pension, do you think?

Well looking at the strategic review guff, Moss had negative net assets at 30 November 2011 of £525k, it was £504k at 30 June 2011, not the good news we were hoping for i.e. only a loss of £21k in five months, as careful reading shows a release of £131k VAT provision – so in the five months Moss lost another £152k of shareholders money or £30k a month. Word of warning this is based on a Moss press release which are notorious for giving the best spin possible on any information and omitting detailed figures. Again in the press release Moss says they have £235k cash at 30 November 2011. On the best case scenario i.e. they can keep the creditors at the same level that gives them 8 months from November i.e. to August 2012

So questions for flying swan/ Quilarvium (both heraldic symbols)

1) Will the Auditors sign off the going concern certificate? Or will the accounts be prepared on a break up basis.
2) How much is the Indian Operation really worth (£187k contribution in 10 months apparently) when you cannot get the money out of India and you are relying on ADH for the technology (i.e. it may not be around for much longer)
3) How patient will the creditors be as they see the cash going out of the business (mostly to Moss by way of salary) or will they kick up rough like Google who made Moss dispose of the Australian business
4) Would you put new monies into any business run by Moss, David Lees or John Porter?

Answers on the back of a dgm plc share certificate please (cheaper than a postcard)

Roll on April for the results and the big reveal.
