lol, it was a buy at 2.16p that sent the chart down - just closed the gap thats all. Someone fancies a punt at these prices - although £216 ain't exactly much of a risk!

would the £4.5m include the £1 mill they had to raise as that would be called "cooking the books?"

A friend of mine recently sold a company for £18m, they turned over £7m but at about 40% net margin (consultancy biz!).

ASG should just put themselves up for sale and let a bigger player with deeper pockets push on from here....

4.5m turnover in yr ended June 2007, up from £3m prior year - they also said booked advertising sales in latter half of 2007 were significantly ahead of prior year. So either they have negotiated some bad revenue splits, or are simply expanding faster than their cash inflow is allowing them to.

If they need a further £2m cash injection, then lets assume that turnover rises to a modest £5m, does that imply costs are coming in at circa £7m? Are they needing the £2m net investment to bolster them ready to take on Tesco work? Certainly doesnt seem enough new contract work announced to require such large new investment at the moment.

at this price, happy to sit it out on the chance that they can pull something out of the bag ....

the indifference of Mgt to sustain shareholder value speaks volumes.
we're down 90% in 2 months

the last 2 contract wines didn't have a single cash projection between them.

And figureless contracts fall on deaf ears in today's market.
