In response to the points you raise, since my joining the Company last summer we have announced that the Company has achieved a number of new contract wins that include Marks and Spencer, Inventive Leisure, The Good Time Pub Company and the BBC. In addition we have announced that we have renegotiated the terms of the contracts with the Mall Corporation, through which we provide our digital media services to 23 UK shopping Malls. And last week we announced that the Company has won a contract to provide the same services into Bluewater Shopping Mall, one of the most prestigious Shopping Malls in the UK.

The Board continues to explore various alternatives in order to secure the long term future of the Company and create value for shareholders. The Board has not ruled out any course of action.
You will I hope appreciate that the demerger of Avanti Communications was a major transaction and involved significant reorganisation within the Company. We seek to apply our limited resources as effectively as possible - investing as much as possible in our sales team in order to generate revenues from our excellent media products. This means that we run a very tight back office. This was, in part the reason for not managing to publish the 2007 Report and Accounts until 4 January. Otherwise Avanti has at all times made all relevant announcements required of an AIM company and we seek to keep our shareholders, and the market as a whole, fully updated on developments - positive and negative - at the Company. This is an obligation that I take extremely seriously and we seek the advise of our professional advisers to ensure that we meet this obligation.

We have had two recent shareholder meetings - in October and again last week - at which shareholders had the opportunity to meet the Board and ask questions of them. I am unable to provide any further update to the statement that we made at the AGM two weeks ago. A further update will be made at the time of the interim results statement which is expected to be made in March. Of course, if there are any other developments before then we shall announce them at the time

You usually find it is THEM that have bought something on the back of somebody elses opinion, without doing any research of their own and has lost money on it!!!!

Not sure why I waste my time defending myself against such ridiculous claims against me but on the Jarvis thread I simply post contrarian views...when everyone was shouting "50p by xyz" I was saying hang on a minute what about abc?

I hold Jarvis shares and have done since November. Positive comments about a stock does not mean one is ramping nor do negative comments mean one is deramping!!

I have been on this thread for almost 12months at least and still hold!!

I wasn't at my machine yesterday morning until the price had settled at 4.75-5.75pish so not sure what you are on about mate!!

Ask the guys on the Jarvis BB............I am certainly not a ramper!!

Seems to be stable now, could have a few more ticks up before the days out. At the end of the day good news in the sector is often reflected in all stock regardless of so called rampers. I'm happy to hold for now, have held stock for a while now, may slowly drift down but on good news this share flys.

Anyone buying into ASG or any other share for that matter on the basis of another poster ramping should not be investing and I am sure intelligent investors can tell the difference between a ramper or deramper if they annoy you just hit the filter button.

I still fix a relevance to the boards personal investment last year. You don't wake up one morning and find you're going bust! These guys must have had an idea where they were going otherwise they would have kept their hands in their pockets.

This will be the classic case (and I have done it before) where impatience gets the better of many investors and all of a sudden it's at 12p and looking great!

that was a mssive treeshake and got sell triggers going nice play ,now they have some extra stock to push up again here ,looks like a buy order being filled at a nice price.
cheap now at 4.25p.

back-tracking on short term share price spike was inevitable - people taking profits which is obvious in this situation. Its going to always be like this with ASG and thier pocket money Mkt cap - its traders rather than investors, and good luck to them - i prefer to hold mine as investment to see where 12-24 months takes me. After all, this is a serious growth sector, no argument about that. Just hope ASG can survive the ride upwards.
