Update on accounts publication
The Company announces that it will not be in a position to publish its audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 by 30 September 2017 as required by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
As previously announced, dealings in Asa's shares were suspended from trading on AIM from 28 July 2017. The shares will remain suspended until further notice. Updates to the market will be provided by the Joint Administrators as appropriate.
