Kid, I am fully aware of what they are doing. Why would it be a secret? - they are marketing their ability all the time. The problem is that there are competitors in a market which is just not taking off.

I am also aware of their most recent financial statement which was utterly dire. Remember, the one where there was significant doubt about their ability to continue as a going concern. Or does that not mean anything to you?

Kid, I am struggling to reconcile your comments about the D Notes with what I posted below, a few weeks back. Perhaps I have misunderstood something in which case you would, I am sure, be more than happy to set straight. No one is beyond learning.

I wrote:

So you think a 2019 FY loss of £24.3mn on circa £1mn of revenues, with PIK notes issued in lieu of interest payable, and with 2020 accounts late is the basis for optimism?

But this trumps everything:

“… these events … constitute a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt … ability to continue as a going concern”.

That was from Arria NLG (U.K.) Limited Annual Report for 2019, posted mid 2020. In the Directors Report section - at the front.

There are many other statements within this document that would cause anyone at least 10% financially literate to say that a current valuation of several 100mns is fanciful in the most extreme.

For example, they talk about a Loan Note of some £114,000 being converted into equity. Must be tight for cash!! The total of the Series C and D raises was £5mn. To keep them going. How does that translate into the valuation you believe? A miracle new piece of software the past year?

And so back to the present: what is the current price in the market of the D Notes? What are the terms of the D Notes that leads you to believe that it implies any particular value for the equity of Arria? These are not trick questions.
