6. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Upon receipt of the signed 2020 audit report from KPMG, the directors can set the date for 2020 AGM. By law, the date for the AGM requires written notice of at least 20 business days. Based on when we expect KPMG to complete the 2020 audit, we anticipate that we will set the AGM for late March or early April. The document pack that will be mailed to shareholders prior to the AGM will provide a substantial detailed update and will include items such as the:Directors' reportKPMG audit report; andDocumentation supporting the resolutions for shareholders regarding Arria's proposed TSX listing and IPO.The adoption of certain resolutions at the 2020 AGM will be a prerequisite for establishing the date for the IPO.

7. TSX IPO TIMELINE UPDATE

Based on the above factors, in particular the completion of the various KPMG audits and the required AGM notice period, we are targeting May/June for the TSX IPO.
