They were getting very close to the point that they would have been struck off because the account were so late you fool.
The company themselves acknowledge AGAIN that without funding the business would be unable to continue had a going concern !!!
So they have a secured creditor holding all the cards,refuse a drawdown then enforce the debenture/bond holders and get the company for peanuts. It’s not rocket science all this kid!
You very clearly have NO experience with accounts do you???
To say you posted about employing over 50 people but have NO basic knowledge of accounting is laughable!

Here’s some info for you it happens all the time, Banks are the biggest culprit in this country On unlisted as well as listed companies. I have done plenty of work in this field and some of it is quite disgusting! But some of these practices now appear to becoming public ......
