Here's what the employees think of the company. It's a sorry story....

"Since the beginning of 2017 the company has routinely run out of cash and has been paying staff several weeks late. Whenever people would complain the attitude of management was basically: "How dare you complain! I'm paying you with my money! You're lucky to have jobs!". They also treat statutory entitlements like superannuation as optional, and don't seem to care that the ATO imposes penalties for non-compliance. We have been repeatedly lied to about the time at which these entitlements would be paid. Staff were also promised share options - not that they would be worth anything - but have received nothing."

"Salary is always late, superannuation also not paid. End of every month, you always have to worry about whether you're gonna get paid or not.

Management team has no idea what they're doing. All they care about is ride the 'AI' hype as much as possible to pull money in. Basically management thinks that AI is one massive gravy train."

I wrote it off in my mind, and all my tracking sheets, about 3 months ago. And that was after talking to the company who advised me all was well, but inferred it was unlikely to re-list in NZ before 2018.

Anything would now be a very unexpected bonus. Still really like the principles of the product, and I think it is going to make a lot of money for some people at some point, just think it is very unlikely that I will be one of the lucky few in this case.
