29/5/2014 08:35 | It's the early bird... | playful
29/5/2014 08:35 | Couldn't understand the initial markdown, Envirovision. No surprises re the loss at all nor the forecast loss for the current year. We now have a market cap at 4.25p of slightly under £4m with £3m net cash in the bank. So Armour Home which was larger than Armour Automative is being valued at under £1m. Yet the former went for over £10m. OK, the automative division was making £700k EBITDA per year whereas home division is only slightly EBITDA positive currently and will be dragged down by the HO costs amounting to 500k. These need to be reduced substantially but I reckon the loss of the financial controllers post alone will knock £80k annually off central costs. I should really be topping up at these levels and probably will. | callumross
29/5/2014 08:22 | That was a bit of an opportunity on the open this morning, what a pity I have woken up late and missed it. | envirovision
29/5/2014 07:32 | Although after the frustrating share price reaction, that feels along way away.....post results, some Director share purchases would help confidence... | chrisdgb
29/5/2014 06:47 | Indeed, 8p within a year or two is certainly on the cards... | playful
27/5/2014 12:18 | Good to see that the board is making a dent into those central costs with effectively the loss of the financial controller's post as he steps up to be FD. | callumross
23/5/2014 10:52 | Let us hope the results give investors a clear steer for the future strategy... | chrisdgb
20/5/2014 10:42 | Interim results due anyday now. We know already from the TS with the disposal that they will be lossmaking until they get those HO costs down to a level more in keeping with the reduced business. | callumross
20/5/2014 10:38 | Way too cheap... | playful
20/5/2014 10:15 | Getting awful cheap now with £3m cash in bank, the EV is miniscule. However, like all PI's I get spooked by a falling price so too afraid to add more! | callumross
14/5/2014 07:09 | Seems like someone picked up a few towards the close yesterday but a very messy sell order has left a cracking opportunity here.. | chrisdgb
13/5/2014 10:07 | Have to agree with envirovision in terms of one for the patient. Although a loss of around £1.1m is forecast for this year, the shares trade on a lowly rated EV/EBITDA of just 2.3x for 2015. Prospects should continue to improve, with Asia recently seemingly moving in the right direction. Cleaned up balance sheet, focus on cost control and a bit of fire power for the right acquisition, the shares look worth a look. | hastings
13/5/2014 08:59 | Wow that is stupid, however quite likely a stunning opportunity for someone with some spare cash and a bit of time on their hands. | envirovision
13/5/2014 08:06 | Thanks for your comments, stupid mark down this morning presents great opportunity..?? | chrisdgb
12/5/2014 16:29 | A little bit of caution here, Chris. I have bought into this one again after a long absence based on the transformational (for the balance sheet at least) deal. However, they sold basically half their trading business but retain full head office costs. The result of that is that the remaining Home business while EBITDA positive will not be sufficiently so to prevent the business being lossmaking for the remainder of the year. The key for management is to grow the EBITDA of the Home business but also to reduce HO costs so that they are more aligned with the reduced business size. | callumross
12/5/2014 12:29 | A market/trading update would be nice here, to remind investors of the great position the company is in.. | chrisdgb
02/5/2014 13:12 | No not me, im fully loaded now and very heavily weighted | envirovision
30/4/2014 13:02 | I removed it in case you thought it meant something else, what I of course mean is happy sellers, I see there is a happy buyer about as well though. I not sure if the oxford english lists that word as happy these days so best to remove it dont you think | envirovision
28/4/2014 09:44 | Gay sellers?? Ls | liberatingsteptoe
25/4/2014 20:38 | Still lots of small sellers, loving it as it's giving me time to acquire lots | envirovision
16/4/2014 09:47 | Would make a nice clean, quoted target for someone.... | chrisdgb
15/4/2014 10:38 | Need to see what they are going to do with the money first. | essentialinvestor |
