27/5/2011 11:04 | Maybe worth a flutter at around 2p in the hope of eventual recovery, but not at these levels. | callumross
27/5/2011 10:56 | blinkin eck, they have practically spent the funds raised in the last fund raising, no wonder they needed it, pathetic again | empirestate
07/4/2011 17:03 | I am sorry for investors here. Never in a million years (when I bought these at 57p) could I imagine the incompetance which has brought these down to these levels. | loverat
07/4/2011 10:13 | looks as though Morton may be loosing his touch. From Refs it would appear that he dominates the shareholding: sothwind 19.2%, Hawk 13.5% and Morton Personally 14.7% (some of these may well be duplicates but I have not yet been able to verify) Well worth checking out this old article on Morton Subject to when he bought some of these are not looking very clever. (imo) eg: Clarity amongst others. | pugugly
07/4/2011 07:28 | I guess they are just going to carry on together until a winding up order is issued a few years out then. | envirovision
07/4/2011 06:56 | What on earth is the Chairman doing. How long can he ignor the shareholders interest & keep a bunch of failed, incompetent managers in charge. Obviously the Chairman's agenda is not in line with the other owners of AMR. | electronica
07/4/2011 06:39 | 3p today and not any recovery for almost 12 months and thats if they do well | bones698
05/4/2011 11:50 | Shambles of a company. | callumross
23/2/2011 13:16 | electronica, have put them back into the bottom drawer for another year. it makes me wonder how Bob could be so tolerant especially when he is probably paying them a decent packet and getting next to no return. | empirestate
23/2/2011 11:25 | empirestate Can't understand why Bob Morton keeps Dexter & Harris on as managers. They are so demonstrably incompetent. AMR has a lot going for it in terms of market position - but with these 2 idiots at the helm nothing will happen. Glad that I'm out (still licking the wounds of my losses though) & won't consider coming back until the management changes. | electronica
22/2/2011 13:56 | AGM tomorrow, hopefully they have sorted themselves out after the fund raising and will give a half decent update to put some life into the sp | empirestate
15/2/2011 22:44 | golfer, i could do with a 30p bid to recover my losses on GTE today | empirestate
09/2/2011 21:48 | looking for a bid here from Bob Mortem nano nano | golfer25
09/2/2011 20:11 | good to see this one continuing to climb. it would make a change to have a decent outlook here considering their appalling performance in the past. | empirestate
08/2/2011 16:30 | grahamty You're right of course - but AMR won't turn round with the current management. They are incompetent & "accident prone" - read through the past year or so of RNSs to get the full story. If they replaced the current Executive Board members AMR might be worth a look. | electronica
08/2/2011 16:07 | World class brands in two dog sectors, houses and cars. Debt creeping up. However, this is exactly the kind of dog that contains real value for the right buyer..............w | grahamty
07/2/2011 19:40 | good to see a decent pick up in volume today. hopefully the momentum will continue upto and after the AGM on 23rd.need 12.5p to get me money back here | empirestate
28/1/2011 08:53 | That Bob mutton has lost his mojo | dnfa1975
28/1/2011 07:57 | Yes they get to live another day, however what confidence should one have bearing in mind they have run the company into the ground. I dont think i would be happy to be paying 7p a share myself. | envirovision
28/1/2011 07:20 | GBP2 million at 7p should provide enough support going forward to reshape the business and lay a foundation for growth and improvement in balance sheet strength | empirestate
20/1/2011 21:53 | this must be the most inactive stock i have ever been in. just hope they have turned things around over the christmas period. hopefully an update will be given at the agm on 23rd feb | empirestate
21/12/2010 13:42 | Have to say i am amazed the share price is holding up at this level, do the market makers think they really have a buyer somewhere for this near 8 pence a share???? Weird! How strange I wonder if we are going to see the management try to make a low ball takeover i.e. pitched at 7p or something. Either they have a plan and are trying to make it look as though they are running it into the ground for a low offer to take it private or they are highly inept and really just cant help it. Which is it? | envirovision |
