I did try to warn you guys that the rampers were simply not telling the truth here. You can't compare ACP's pathetic 'Inferred' resource to proper companies 'Indicated' or 'Measured' resources. To go from Inferred to Indicated to Measured takes lots and lots and lots of drilling which means lots and lots and lots of dilution.

Fair enough the market/mug punters will accept dilution in a bull market where everyone believe in graphite story and graphite prices are rising but it will be an impossible sell as graphite bubble deflates and graphite prices slump.

I think Frewen has finally seen the writing on the wall. He said himself he is a risk-reward trader and the risk became too great compared to the reward so he is no doubt moving on and dumping.

How can anyone see the resignation of the non-exec CEO coming? Certainly no fundamental analysis can help you there. Particularly when the CEO took part in the recent fundraising!

Chart wise looks like we're heading into a typical sideways wave pattern....lows turning into highs.

Sentiment can change very quickly with stocks such as this....

My take on them is they are hot, then they're not. We just have to wait to for the next wave of good news and accompanied buying.
