lol have you never invested on AIM before ?

"As for placings, worry not. If one comes along it will be to develop proven assets and add value which should be well received by the market."

I think you mean :

"As for placings, BoD worry not. When one comes along it will be to fund their lifestyle (salary, first class travel, five star hotel stays, fine dining, coke and hookers etc) and dilute value which should be well received by the bucket shops."

Ooops...link removed.

Check out Proactive Investors for the very latest interview on the gold project.

I hold 1.2 million shares and expect the market valuation of this company to be substantially higher come next summer.

The challenge is to be patient. They need to further prove up the graphite resource and achieve revenue from the gold project.

As for placings, worry not. If one comes along it will be to develop proven assets and add value which should be well received by the market.

Value always outs in the end.

So another day and the stock goes lower.

Now is it some international conspiracy of dastardly shorters or the more plausible explanation that an AIM cesspit BoD has put out rampy RNSes before screwing mug punters with a discounted placing to their bucket shop mates (who are currently selling this short in the background knowing they can cover in upcoming placing?)

Heads : Management/BoD/Bucket Shops win ; Mug punters lose
Tails : Management/BoD/Bucket Shops win ; Mug punters lose

Welcome to the AIM casino
Are you feeling lucky punks ?

this will eventually come good the high grade graphite is their, im happy within next 6 months we should be in double figures. imho

We are a year behind the other graphite explorers in tanzania and our asset is just as good. We have one of the best grades in Tanzania. Stick to your convictions and dont look at the day to day price.

Within 6 months matd has gone down to 2p and now 8p. Trust me guys acp has potential...

Negativity is good as it gives a complete view of the picture. I'm not sitting here with rose tinted glasses on and expect there to be some hiccups along the way. However I think you may have a point regarding a placing and drilling costs to prove up reserves. I think what you are overlooking is the fact that the business is derisking the asset, which in turn makes it a viable proposition for lenders and investors alike. Next steps are to prove it is usable graphite, get some of take agreements in place and find funding. By the end of March I see this company hitting at least 12p without getting anything out of the ground. Market buys on speculation and sells on results. I worked for Anglo American a ftse 100 company and specialised in technical open pit mining. This type of mine is the lowest cost of production. If Anglo can make money from mining coal which sells for peanuts compared to graphite, I'm sure these numptys can make some money out of it. Just my opinion DYOR and Good LUCK to all.

OK stig how much do you think it would cost?If you don't like the company fair enough, so I don't see why you need to post negative post which have no merit. This isnt an oil company!

To move from 'Inferred' to 'Measured and Indicated' will require a LOT of drilling and a lot of money/dilution

So there will be little to no profit for shareholders from funding the Management/BoD

IT's a great lifestyle business for them. Mug punters should beware. They've already shown themselves to be a low grade disingenuous Management team.

Also in March and April they plan to drill more areas.Read the RNSStig what's your rationale behind the negativity?Very low mcap and commercial partners will be lined up as large flaked graphite is very profitable oh and also it's easier to mine as very close to the surface too. I like a balanced debate but let's have some reasoning behind the negativity...

stig

so what a placing is coming, look at our neighbours whol hold graphite in tanzania. Compare our value to theirs, its significantly cheaper.

Based on the drilling so far they have come with inferred resource which they said they will. When they continue testing im confident the proven jorc will roughly be the same.

40mt of high grade graphite is huge.
