Reminder - People need to understand its only Stonepark that Glencore want, they want it prior to August drilling thats for damn sure.


The 5.1 million resource is off 1 licence we have another 5 licences yet to explore in the same field adjacent to Glencore.


We will take the Glencore money (which will likely see this 5-10 bag) and focus on our two 100% owned gold projects (check website presentation for more info).

£ 12 million is chicken feed to Glencore, valued at £ 20 billion, for ARK's interest in the zinc deposit and that's a valuation prior to any further drilling, which is a five bagger from here for ARK.

On top of that, ARK has a couple of Gold assets.

It's clear as day Arkle want a buy out. They've stated it's for sale, named their price & told us there is significant interest.

And this is the thing. They have raised the money - as they want to keep their options open for matching their spends. Ie they don’t want their stake to be diluted down.

So ARK think their stake is worth more than £12 million. That’s the implication.
