Interesting developmant and maybe just maybe this finally means that AGQ has turned the corner at last. Have held shares here for so long now at an average of around 16p so will be some time before I recover my investment . Great news though that the Phoenix may be about to arise from the ashes!!!

Lithium is the new petroleum. Mexico is the place to be in the industry. No matter his past record this is an excellent move by Jim.Tiddly market cap at £2.1m

I was here the first time round and still hold a rump of my original holdings. This is exactly how it started then. A warning to all new holders. Watch Jim Williams like a hawk. The first sign of him selling is the time to bail out. Never mind that he is saying that the share price will double or treble in the future.

Seems a sensible route to take. Lithium being in vogue.

I'd go along with this... And I'm sure AGQ would love it... as would shareholders everywhere...

Some background info on RESOC and Stone Drum Partners LLP:

Adam Dziubinski - Managing Director
Adam began his career in 2006 at a commodity broking firm CA Trading, working on the precious metals desk. He then joined Cornhill Capital as a private client stockbroker in 2007 specialising in small cap resource sector stocks. He became Head of Equity Trading in 2009 until his departure to found Jub Capital, a boutique investment management firm in December 2013.

In addition to his role at Jub Capital, in 2015 Adam joined the investment management team at Stone Drum Partners LLP, which runs a Cayman based, Apex administered, long only natural resources fund - The Resource Early Stage Opportunity Company (RESOC).

Looks like RESOC disposed of a minimum of about 5 million shares in order for their holding to now be less than 3%. I was wondering if they were dripped into the market or if they might have been transferred en bloc.

If the disposal was in the form of a transfer, would we necessarily be able to detect this? I'm guessing the disposed shares constituted less then 3% so that if they were transferred en bloc the new recipient likewise would not have to declare them.
