Perran Bonner, a director at unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) service specialist Strat Aero PLC (LON:AERO), says the sector is a “very exciting” industry to work in. …
“We are less about manufacturing and more about physically using them (drones) to provide survey inspections,” he says.
The company mainly works in the flood defence sector, and is currently working on one of the largest river networks in the UK, Bonner says, adding that it is looking to increase its footprint internationally.
The company also provides drone consultancy and training services, teaching others to operate UAVs, and this, Bonner says, gives Strat Aero more potential partners for its services in the long-term.

"The initiation of the metallurgical sampling programme on the Tailings Project at Noche Buena is good news from the company's camp, and preliminary results are expected within the next few weeks. These results will enable Arian to undertake increasingly precise metallurgical tests and optimise the process flow required for the commercially viable production of gold and silver concentrate. The Tailings Project has an indicated mineral resource containing 1 million tonnes with 3 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 55 g/t silver, representing approximately 100,000 ounces (oz) of gold and some 1.7 million oz of silver. Additionally, the company continues to explore the potential of several mineral properties in Mexico, including mineral properties owned by TNM..."

It's hard to believe that people are still willing to back this after the previous disaster, maybe there really is one born every minute?

management are maintaining the lifestyle they have become accustomed to at shareholders' expense, you can't blame them if people will back them.

Crazy how anyone could pay 10% more than if they was not so lazy and got in straight away before 1 min past 8.
All there will be is a quick 10% gain for those at sub 1p and then a fall back and back to being stuck into this long term share that is going nowhere.

186 mill shares in issue, so mkt cap £1.86 mill. Circa £1.5 mill in cash tops ( 2 placings - £700k & £750k before expenses, plus $238k working capital as at end Jan 2016. So Mkt cap still higher than cash.

Also tailings is more silver oriented than gold I think ( apologies if I'm wrong)... But sentiment to silver probably not as "buzzy" as gold....

Could see share price drift as much as half its current position.

Plus side, opportunity is still to prove up a low cost tailings extraction opportunity.

Maybe this is one which might benefit from the current legendary PJ/Mtr effect as people are referring to it...

Tenuous link. Mtr invested in red rock, which is invested in shoats creek oil, and Nct. Nct has Mexico business opportunities and connections.... Arian project is in Mexico.....

Cheers Andy,

It's got 'bargepole stock' status from ShareProph. TW is pretty good at calling them out, though he is occasionally over cautious. I missed out on the huge IOF rally because of bearcast influence, but I think he's possibly right on AGQ.

The market didn't like the last update.

Anyone a bull here? I think it's been a day traders 'hope rally' stock and now they've moved on IMO.

It's considered a related parry transaction, and you are right to be cautious IMO.

Out of all the silver projects in Mexico, the company have opted for one where the CEO has a financial interest!

So what about this mine being looked at for potential purchase. Does the CEO of AGQ own shares in it? If that is the case, how much of it does he effectively own at the moment?

Shareprophets website comment has made me a bit cautious at moment.

It created a silver mine and plant to produce pure silver. Sadly there were teething issues with the plant which together with the fall in silver prices meant that the secured borrowing against that operation could only be satisfied by handing over that operation. It now starts over.
