Thought I would do a bit more background research - prompted by last nights little spat. This guy Mushinge is presumably behind the current court activity and seems to have agreed a full Settlement outcome in 2022 - but clearly won’t lie down. The interesting thing is the number of court actions he’s been involved in - including being sued for fraud in various courts. No doubt as far as ARCM are concerned the interest increases along with the increase in potential value of the JV. I suspect we will have more of this noise but NVS and co do seem pretty adept at dealing with it in my view |

What the action being undertaken by Anglo and Arc really means is that you and your associates might end up in jail if association with Mushinge can be proven. Advfn have form for revealing posters real names and IP addresses when faced with legal action. |

 Zambia - JV Subsidiary Legal Case
The Company advises that it has been informed by a subsidiary of Anglo American, its joint venture partner in Zambia, that a temporary injunction against sale and mining or exploration activities has been granted with respect to one of the licences held by Handa Resources Limited.
Arc Minerals has been informed that current drilling activities being undertaken by the joint venture are on licences that are not subject to the injunction and these activities are therefore unaffected and continue as planned.
The affected licence forms part of a successful Zambian court-approved Settlement Agreement as first announced on 18 February 2022. The directors of Arc believe this injunction is without merit and vexatious and based on unfounded historic claims against Handa by Zamsort. Arc has been informed that an application by Handa to set aside the injunction and to dismiss the case will be filed imminently. In addition, Arc Minerals notes that it has filed a case for breach of the Zambian Settlement Agreement referred to above seeking injunctive relief and damages.
Whilst the outcome of this matter can not be guaranteed, the directors of Arc Minerals are confident that the injunction will be lifted once the court has been provided with the full set of facts and history on the matter.

TerryisFOS only appeared here a couple of days ago and this Johnny come lately implies that he knows more about this stock than me.He’s trying to use the cash position as a stick to beat investors with when Arc raised £4.14 million only in March and all Zambian drilling is paid for by Anglo.
Once the Zambian drilling results start to flow thick and fast there’s also a very realistic prospect that the exercise of warrants will add another £6.89m, and more imminently we will see another £1m paid into the JV by Anglo, so I will sleep soundly tonight whilst his gang fret about the possibility of Zambian drilling results blowing them out of the water. |
