Completion of Mortgage Portfolio Acquisition
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("Arbuthnot" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited ("the Bank"), has completed the purchase of a residential mortgage portfolio that was announced on 3 July 2019.
Following determination of the final loan balances, the total consideration has been set at GBP258.1 million and has been satisfied by cash from the Group's own resources.
The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
