The Company was notified on 4 April 2024 that on 4 April 2024, Mr Karl Sternberg who is a director of AGA had beneficially acquired 6,800 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of £ 1.4574 which are held through a nominee arrangement with Forest Nominees Limited. Following the purchase, Mr Sternberg owns 25,800 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
