28/2/2019 11:15 | The quotes are nuts. Online (without getting broker involved) I can do the following: Buy 1,000 @ 70p Sell 30,000 @ 63.9p Sell 25,000 @ 64.2p Sell 15,000 or less @ 65.3p Mad spread but seems there is not much stock to be sold. | bones
28/2/2019 10:46 | Snippet of news might might also give it a push. | semper vigilans
28/2/2019 10:36 | Nice little flurry of buys, volume picking up maybe. | davisc5
27/2/2019 12:32 | In Aortech's general field of heart valves, here is an interesting article on research into 3D printing of heart valves (to accurately shape valves before surgery): I don't know enough about the areas of 3D printing to know if polymers can be adapted for it but you sure are not going to 3D print animal tissue! | bones
27/2/2019 11:56 | NYB Brexit (if it happens) will have no impact whatsoever on stocks such as AOR | toffeeman
27/2/2019 11:53 | You could be waiting a long time for "post-Brexit" to arrive :) | bones
27/2/2019 11:36 | Yes cheap imo, I think investors are waking up to these post brexit opportunities GL | ny boy
27/2/2019 10:03 | Probably need a little more volume to achieve that. ADVFN buyers are not doing it by themselves. Shows how under the radar AOR stock still is. When notice is finally taken by investors who realise what potential exists here, then we might see some proper moves. Stockdale Securities should be busy with the PR, hopefully distributing their “research̶ | bones
27/2/2019 09:51 | Just bought another 5961 at 67p to help price get back to my 83p last paid. | coolhandfluke
27/2/2019 09:28 | Things are hotting up here. | someuwin
27/2/2019 08:22 | Agreed NYB. Currently, I can only get online quotes for 1,000 to buy at full ask of 65p and can sell 30,000 at 60 point something. Any tickle from buyers should have this running. | bones
26/2/2019 23:26 | No rush here, a slow run up to 400p, over the next few years, got mine all tucked away and bought more on weakness recently GLA | ny boy
26/2/2019 16:02 | Update on above, I can now only buy 5k @ 64.7 and can sell up to 30k for 59.8 and 15k @ 60.2. Shares are in demand it appears. | bones
26/2/2019 15:32 | No 70p today blueball! Tested the market online just now and, without seeking broker assistance, I can sell up to 12,500 (@58.5) and only buy 7,500 (@ full ask of 63). That's even after a 30k sell earlier, followed by a 15k purchase. It really seems like the MM's have little to play with so are not bidding or offering much. | bones
26/2/2019 07:38 | Should be trading at 70p today. | blueball
25/2/2019 22:24 | Chart looks very strong now Maybe a short term pull back to retest some of those breakout areas but with a 400p 3-6 month target out there and the background of Foldax news/valuation I'd expect a whoosh to a more realistic valuation soon | the stigologist
25/2/2019 17:57 | Chart observation via below screenshot of today's action. This shows: 1. Breakout back above the 200 day moving average; 2. Breakout above the short term resistance line of 57p; 3. 20 day moving average has gone back above the 50 day MA suggesting a build in momentum; 4. Relative strength reading on an upward trajectory (see trend line on lower part of picture) yet still not overbought as around 70, suggesting strength may have plenty to build on. This probably awaits more volume to push it on. Jury still out there for now but at least the RSI is upward sloping. Trend is your friend for now. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | bones
25/2/2019 15:47 | needs to slow down or there will be a good dip with no news. Original holding in at early 20s so pleased with price performance. | donalc
25/2/2019 15:22 | Looking good | turbotrader2
25/2/2019 11:29 | Added this paragraph to the "Some Stats" section of the header: Partnered with Vascular Flow Technologies for their Spiral Laminar Flow(TM) blood flow technology - see . VFT appear (from reading their accounts) to have invested £20M into this over several years, so AorTech is leveraging this R&D for a fraction of the cost. | bones
25/2/2019 10:57 | Thanks Brucie! Would like to see a little more volume at some stage here but no rush as a stealthy rise to higher levels would be welcome before the story starts to gain traction with a wider audience. | bones
25/2/2019 10:25 | Chart looking good for a big move | davisc5
25/2/2019 10:19 | No buy quote for £1k | someuwin
25/2/2019 09:59 | Bought some back this AM. Hoping for a break above the 60p level. And thereafter, who knows. Should it get above £1, the chart would no doubt encourage many others to hold on for the broker's target. Great coverage Bones. I read with interest, though have been in and out variously, over the years. | brucie5 |
