The mcap seems too low to top slice for me maybe when it's around 50m then might slice a few

I've thought about top slicing. But if that's really what you believe, Shirley, iow, a six bagger from here, why would you?

Top sliced and left a nice holding to ride free. This has so much potential. Next year could see this 100 million mcap

I love this bit

"The new strategy and product development plans require a greater level of expertise at Board level in order to create the platform for commercial success. I am therefore delighted to welcome three recent appointments to the Board in John Ely, Geoff Berg and David Richmond. John Ely is a veteran of the heart valve industry with 7 approved cardiac surgery implant devices under his belt and for a period of seven years ran a team at the FDA that was responsible for approval of cardiovascular devices. Geoff Berg was a leading heart surgeon and having carried out over 3,000 valve implantations has the ultimate end-user experience of all the devices that AorTech is developing. David Richmond has over 14 years' expertise in medical textiles devices and founded RUA Medical; he brings substantial experience in manufacturing methods, commercialisation and product development.

John McKenna has recently moved from a non-executive role to become an executive Director. John has been at the forefront of marketing and bringing new cardiovascular products to market and is widely recognised for his contribution to the industry. As well as his in-depth device knowledge, one of John's key responsibilities will be in establishing distribution channels for AorTech's new devices and leveraging relationships particularly with the key opinion leading surgeons.

As we transition to a device company, the contacts Gordon Wright has with very senior executives at the global device companies will be invaluable. Gordon was instrumental in working alongside the founders of both St Jude Medical and ATS (now Medtronic) both to manufacture their heart valves and to launch them in Europe.

I have now become full time Executive Chairman of AorTech and am very proud of the quality of the team. I very much look forward to developing the Company with their help and guidance."

Re-reading the RNS's make it very difficult to put a target on this

After £1 is breached, I'm sure the MM's mark it up in increments of 5 - 10p a time?

Never mind the placing at 30p.

Focus on the directors options granted at the same time, with an exercise price of 300p.

Toffeeman - ZOO Digital's gone up 15-fold since a similarly "mis-priced fundraising" in April last year. Sometimes a mispriced fundraising is required to raise the cash needed to take the company to the next level. And yes, existing shareholders did get the chance to buy at 30p :-)

Bones - a carrot I understand - but this was one hell of a mis-priced fundraising.

Did existing shareholders get to buy at 30?

TT, I like these daily 5%-10% moves as it keeps the share out of the limelight. Even now we have reached £1 with barely anyone noticing since 40p.

Speeding ticket why the company doesn't believe it's worth 15m mcap?

Speeding ticket at this rate will be issued but could work in our favour

This should be resistance. The lemming traders like round sum sell targets like £1 ;)

ID, there will have been bigger trades this morning but anything above 5k region gets delayed by an hour or more before print. Scandalous really as that should really be for exceptionally big trades that are hard to do in one hit.

I've raised my share price target from 120p (6 months ago) to 300p.

They have all the funding they need.

And two years down the line they will be able to raise at £10+ imo.

"...In total, therefore, GBP2.6 million was raised before the expenses of the issue, providing the necessary funds for the Company's next two years' development plans."

Toffeeman, prior to the raise, the company didn't have two sticks to rub together and needed to raise more than its own market cap (pre-raise MC was £2m). Not easy to do unless you dangle a carrot.

might get some consolidation at £100p. Rerate is happening before our eyes and market isn't aware of it ;)

Solid buying following the results, my only reservation as a seasoned investor is they don’t make another cash call to see them through the next few years, even though they raised £2M back in May, that was at 30p, they could probably get one away at 70p now.

Still that’s the only negative I see but may not even happen.

Off to check the chart technicals to see resistance levels in the 100p’s

Once the magic 100p crossed ... increments in price will only accelerate . as you say 10mill market cap is seen as far too cheap.
