I have no position here and so no axe to grind but it seems to me the one month delay between the threshold being crossed and the news being reported means it is very difficult to know what has happened.

Buying appears to have dried up for now. All the sellers will be clamouring to get back in soon enough and hopefully they'll have to pay a lot more.
