07/7/2009 17:38 | the last research note factored in the loan notes (it was published just after and specifically made mention of them) and still had a 12 month target of 6p plus 12 mill for the gold mine... | moreforus
07/7/2009 17:34 | The Loan Notes are convertible at any time at the option of the note holders into an aggregate of 577,275,643 ordinary shares of 1 penny in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") | hard work
07/7/2009 16:51 | i'm basing it ona dvfn market cap - 5 mill at 2p... 6p = 15 mill... if i'm wrong i'm delighted to be so!! discounted npv if we make some conservative assumptions re the gold price etc etc...then through in a few buckets of zinc and some shavings of lead and yes we are undervalued where we are today..which is why i dont think it's ramping to get emotional about the current sp!!! | moreforus
07/7/2009 16:51 | Hardwork were do u get 850m shares from? From 7/7/09. Application will be made for the admission of 1,986,228 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on 7 July, 2009. On admission, the Company will have 247,302,761 Ordinary Shares in issue. | scotty1
07/7/2009 16:41 | moreforus, following covnersion of Cyrus debt, there'll be approaching 850m shares in issue. £25-£30m doesn't give us much growth from where we are? £30m comes in at 3.5p. Discounted cashflow from the gold mine must give us somewhere near this valuation, if not more | hard work
07/7/2009 16:24 | broker have it at 6p + 12 mill quid ..for 12 months .. so maybe 25-30 million quid... someone picked up 375k at 2p... | moreforus

07/7/2009 09:36 | ok... well wahtever the scoop the mms at the moment seem to have stock aplenty - when we bounce to 2.25-2.75 several weeks back there was no stock available so this must be a recent thing... anyway dig in as price does not reflect the NAV or risk.... | moreforus
07/7/2009 09:09 | As I've said previously, I believe someone is selling and just feeding into the market as buyers appear. I think they are probably trying to reduce their risk if the proposed deal should go belly up and is rejected at the EGM, whenever that should be called !! Which just gives us a little more time to buy at these prices. | clarkey58
07/7/2009 08:45 | 6 vs 6.. the seda placement has already been done...last week wedenesday we had a lot of strange trades at 2p mid market which sounds about write if seda wanted to make money placing a 1.88p issue... mms are still long i can buy 500k at 2p ona t20, 600k at 2.05, and if it hadnt been for that placing the market would be short given the amount of buying late last week... but then again if it wasnt for seda we wouldnt own a goldmine for 1.5 million... | moreforus
