Whoever pays the cash is fine by me. Royal Dutch Shell that are buying all the gas in a few weeks might make an offer

A bid by UKOG would probably be the only development that might make Anguish shareholders leap into the arms of Sound. Dear oh dear. If a UKOG bid went ahead, there would be enough UKOG/Anguish shares in issue to give everyone in the world 4 each. If they wanted them. They’d buy them about a tenth of a Polo mint each.

Yes, and the Sound share price had gone up from 1.3p to 2.3p in the five or six weeks before its “bid” was revealed. What a lot of nonsense. Neither set of shareholders seems to want a Sound takeover, except for Anguish’s biggest shareholder, who’s committed to it. A ridiculous situation.

SOU share price up 20% last 5 days, 3p has to be the minimum offer we would consider

Why do people persist in the fiction of a 1.4p bid? It’s 1.16p at current values. No one seems to be able or willing to suggest a rationale for the interim MD’s seeking bids six months before the gas bonanza he’s predicting. What?

I think UKOG will be interested, 1 4p rejected.

Would need to be north of 3p before I would consider it

This is from UKOG’s review and accounts today:

“As well as standalone geothermal projects, we are currently investigating the viability of hybrid energy sites centred around subsurface gas and/or hydrogen storage. These projects are envisaged to test the Company's hydrogen battery concept to provide peak-shaver power generation and green hydrogen generation from geothermal and other renewable sources. Two new prime coastal sites have been identified and are under active investigation.”; One of these two projects is in North-East England.

I know, 1347, that Poundland is technically not in N-E England but I doubt whether Mr. Sanderson would realise this. So, it looks to me as if one of the five in the data room is UKOG. They get a clean report from their auditor, incidentally.

pahahaha ...chickbait everyone has you sussed out..... from the ggp board :

Sh*tbait is back with his absolute bollu*ks. He buys in and out the little worm and has a degree in cut and paste.

I don’t know what is more sad. The fact that he thinks he moves the market or that he could earn more working for Tesco.

Get a proper job S*itbait.
