I wonder if Sound will be increasing there offer? Strange there was no mention of it. A RNS later perhaps?

1347 the oddity's, ill judged and asinine post is a case in point. Claims to be a shareholder, if so why so much hostility in the face of good positivity? Deception of course.

In fact, gross production, of which we have a 51% share, solely from the existing wells and which is wholly unhedged for the month of June, is expected to yield 1.5 million therms or gross revenue of £7.2 million at today's forward price for that month alone.

Mcap in a month, think about that

A positive and constructive RNS . The company continues to move forward whilst simultaneously belittling detractors on forums.I find both equally satisfying.

So the shysters were in the wrong and had to settle with Gneiss by diluting shareholders by a further 3 % as they don't have any cash. ShareCoin Sanderson has some serious competition now with shareholder dilution with Lackey Lucan. No wonder those shills are working long hours trying to flip shares to mug PIs.

If we take the closing mid-price of 0.85 p I make that around £330,000, which is over the level of materiality of £250,000 as stated in their latest Annual Report. So it seems to me that their statement on 9th June 2021 that: "In the opinion of the Board, properly advised by legal counsel, the net claim is unlikely to be material." could be construed as somewhat inaccurate and misleading as in fact it seems to have been quite likely to have been material.

I also doubt those timescales will be any more accurate than all the previous ones.

It's about 10m Mcap now, £7.5m U.K. sterling from gas sales per Month, potential to deliver a sidetrack again delivering another £7.5m Potentially of course. That's if they don't get sold prior to production of course.

nice!

George Lucan, CEO, commented:

"The focus is now away from skid delivery to installation with the aim of having the site ready for commissioning during April and producing during May. The present gas price forward curve shows very high average prices of over 400 pence per therm for 2022.

In fact, gross production, of which we have a 51% share, solely from the existing wells and which is wholly unhedged for the month of June, is expected to yield 1.5 million therms or gross revenue of GBP7.2 million at today's forward price for that month alone.

Gross production solely from the side-track, should it be successful, is again wholly unhedged for the remainder of the year and is expected to yield a further 1.5 million therms each month of which Angus share is 51%.

The forward curve remains very high and seems likely to remain high this year and the company is more than anyone else acutely conscious of the need to preserve our timeline in order to provide value to shareholders whether through revenue sales or corporate action."

1347: re planning permission, I had another look on the other site at cuds’s exchange (I think it was 22 February, took a while to find it, he averages 40 posts a day) with the planning department at LCC. The wording of the response to his question re the deadline for a decision is ambiguous. It refers to “the deadline for the application”, not the deadline for the LCC’s decision on the application. Am I splitting hairs?
