APF....all I know is what is on the RNS ...I was just relieved that there is another deal for the shareholders to consider the CEO of ZEN apparently can not be a UK Director and has had run ins with authorities before FYI and ZEN is only standard listed.

Why not sit down and read both offers and honestly decide which you want to support with your shareholding unless you really did sell out at 5p as claimed although there seem to be some posts which say you were buying at 2.5p so you continue to have truth issues apparently.

Clearly both offers are not ideal but you have to look at the historical board's actions to explain the level it is being pitched at and I am not saying everything they did was wrong but it slightly smacks of being cornered, outmanoeuvred and believing their own hubris so at best it might be they were being too clever for their own good. other matters have been discussed.

From an initial look the second offer seems way better than the first offer as the company would get £5m to use as operating cash back and repay the loans when both sides pay each other. In addition the overhang would at least get £1m back and rid the overhang. I need to read again the bit about the asset but the ZEN deal seemed to take the king's share of it in their deal ahd leave a cash shell virtually. So I think it gives shareholders a chance to recover value and provide jobs/revenue on the ground for the Congo.

Africa respects people who treat them with respect and that is also key for the future of the AIM market but we need to ensure these companies are not just being run for Directors benefits although it is tough work so they deserve market rate but if they do not deliver they need to go.

The market was and has been voting with its feet for months over this so try and assess the situation logically and move on.

Post 4390 what do you think it is ...? This is the real world not some type of computer game? It will be scrutinised and DD'd to death!

Post 4391 it is a proposal that needs to be considered correct, but on the specific it recognises the difficulty of having a poisonous rump of the financing deal overhanging the company so its best to bite the bullet and offer them an exit.

Confused do you have any shares to offer for a pound you continue to have truth issues you sold out or maybe you did not same as gcm?

As Eric used to sing...tell the truth...life becomes so much easier

Matunde. These are all new names investors. Let them invest. Maybe they can make abit of money in this share. But I'm not wasting anytime here. Like I advised you on EUA before the spike 0.5p you made a substantial money back. Another spike coming the new year. Invest in their if you already havent.

Well that was one of the best trades of the year. Bought at 0.45 and sold at 0.8 within a few hours. Will give me some ammunition to add a few HEMO now.

Looking for 1.45p by the end of the month. Feel sorry for the person who sold 725K at only 0.57p ten minutes before the spike.
