AC (zen ceo) is a government advisor, so he has government connections who can possibly pull strings..AC also had dealings in Africa in the past so maybe zen might have an upper hand over aaog.

That works out at 1.25 mkt cap, plus upside from the funding and development.

So 1p come Friday.

Great news if you had the balls to take a punt this morning.

SG you're appealing to them as of they're reasonable, conscientious honest business men.
I honestly opened my trading page this morning expecting a Christmas raid.
Surprised to see the price had risen. Then checked five minutes ago and I'm not disappointed.
I think we can all see where this is going.

Open letter

Dear Gervais

If you carry on taking a passive roll and simply offloading your circa 20% of the company and take no part or not even consider taking part in a potential EGM/GM to remove the board, may I be so brash to suggest that just possibly you will be guilty by default of not protecting your fund holder's investments. This is your reputation on the line as well after all.

The sale or part sale of the asset or holding subsidiary will be the death nail to this company and the final act of destruction by a board that arguably have not acted in the best interest of shareholders. The share will go to zero and you will not be able to argue it is down to tricky/difficult market conditions. Especially as I believe Zenith have problems running a bath and AIM reg could quite possibly stop the purchase.

Stand up and be counted say no to Zenith and see if any alternative plan has a commercial chance to recover your investment. If it does not then fair enough you have tried you are good with numbers so you should be able to make an objective decision.

If of course Zenith are going to pay £10m to £20m for the asset or better still the company I withdraw my impertinent comments immediately.

Happy Christmas

Seagreen

Of course maybe the key if possible is to obtain a lien or legal charge against the ATOG asset as that would stop them financing ATOG and give AAOG a potential deferred asset until due process...no doubt highly difficult and one would have to get independant lawyers who had nowt to do with AAOG or ATOG.

Good question I wonder how ATOG will finance their deal or indeed ever manage to take it public .....certainly they should be paying their debts to AAOG or should be wound up perhaps?

Another suggestion I would be so bold to suggest is that a return to the good old art of corporate broking if there is a workable solution is for someone to privately place Milton's shareholding in one block to a holder who wishes to proceed with attempting to turn round this company as even 12% of the current company is not a lot of money even f a premium was required...should Gervais want out out. Likewise this would have the knock on effect of increasing the monthly investment funds into the company by the structured finance company if the share price improved or indeed buy the deal out and place the shares in one block...

Time people started thinking out of the box with their brains and not their back pockets!..

(Quite and totally astonished the directors have not deferred their salaries as they caused the mess but there is no honour amongst thieves any more)

Like was said earlier ...this will take an east yesr just to reach probably anywhere near 1 or 2p...they have wasted all share price funds on ATOG and fobbed everyone on the low.....feel sorry for those who had 30p years back....o ly way forward sell take losses and recover elsewhere...TAMPON oi TAMPON is your backside bleeding or do no need oil to seal the cut lol

Because (as many of here have been saying after selling their shares in the teens back in January) they haven't proved they can produce from the oil - there is a small amount of oil there but flow rates are far from proved.

They've said yesterday that 150k will last a month.

So emergency fund raise 300k which will then take them through to the end of March, enough time to sort out a longer term solution.
