06/9/2019 09:04 | This is looking like a scam. 1p soon. | dodge_city
06/9/2019 07:41 | Pretty grim | honestmarty
06/9/2019 07:40 | Sad to hear that Sir Robert Mugabe has passed away - a truly great African leader. | dodge_city
06/9/2019 07:11 | I’m sorry to say that if you are a shareholder here you are very likely to lose all your money due to the terms agreed with Yorkville and Riverfort. They are selling 19.9% of the volume of the shares everyday. It therefore needs a wall of buying for the price to go up. It is called death spiral financing. | chillpill
05/9/2019 20:02 | Mr tampon... Its over! Give us some statements that suggests this will even surpass 5p! No chance! | matunde24
05/9/2019 19:32 | Have you lost your tampons?. Such a wonderbky or ladyboy shall i say...give me your address il send a mixture of oil for you...even change the label to AAOG... | acuransx
05/9/2019 15:38 | What a bunch of tools you are! Riverfort sell a few as expected and you're wetting your panties. You gimps really need to get a grip if you are to be successful in the scamming game. | tameimpaler
05/9/2019 15:33 | Totally agree..DS has gone AWOL...with no update on the incident of unethical use of funds...oil found and drilling or production long gone...could only mean one thing...Sp will go down even more and possibly end up loss of licence...finally company take over....guys please go and get quality oil from sainsburys or tesco...olive,sunflo | acuransx
04/9/2019 18:16 | Youre right...AAOG has lost all the trust people had...all the blag talk about barrells, oils and drilling and production was just bogus..DS and MM and board are just crooks....a very longterm recovery time now...minimum 6 .months i reckon for even 5p...dont understand why DS didnt get the sack or criminal offence. | acuransx
03/9/2019 09:36 | 2.5p looks better | noreply1
03/9/2019 05:36 | The facts speak for themselves. There are 9,000,000 shares a month that need to be sold in to the open market for AAOG to get the full quota of funds they raised back in June/July.As was said at the time this gives no incentive for a private investor to buy in to the company until near the end of the sale period which is 109,000,000 shares and twelve months away.If they cannot sell the shares in to the open market AAOG Will not get their money.Give me a genuine reason to buy at this stage bearing in mind the jam tomorrow oil is no where near to being drilled and sold at profitable levels.I have read that "people just want to get in lower" ever since this spiked to 16p earlier in the year when I was barracked for pointing out the information that was in the rns releases regarding the oil...nothing has changed other than the fund raise. | supercity
02/9/2019 16:02 | I did say 3p. Not far away.... | matunde24
02/9/2019 16:00 | Big sells today news must be leaking. | apache_dropout
02/9/2019 15:42 | Rofl.Of course they'll suggest that.It couldn't be further from the truth. But those guys just want to buy shares cheaper. On the first hint of good news and a rising price the same people will change from derampers to rampers. They seek the lowest price possible for their top-ups . | apfindley
02/9/2019 15:31 | Some guys over at LSE are suggesting that this company is going to lose the license. No wonder people are selling. | apache_dropout
02/9/2019 15:25 | Chunky sells going through today. | apache_dropout
02/9/2019 10:26 | If you are referring to those other disasters HNR, LION and MPL,NAUT, PET and 7DIG. Then I hold my head high. Small investors need to wake up to the charade of the small caps, run by chancers, and the borderline gambling addiction of many of us. | honestmarty
02/9/2019 10:14 | Fatboy Sefton couldn't run an icecream van. My heart bleeds for the poor punters who haven't seen through his BS yet. | honestmarty
01/9/2019 07:45 | Must be time for the share price to collapse below 2p. | dodge_city
31/8/2019 05:49 | I see the 109,000,000 (9,000,000 shares a month) that need to be sold over the next year starts next week, Must be time for a few more news releases then. The ISA Proceeds are to be distributed to the Company in equal monthly instalments of GBP473,767.71 over a period of 12 months starting from 1 September 2019 and which shall be subject to the adjustments and the terms as set out below (the "Monthly Settlement").As such, the Investors are required to sell Ordinary Shares in order for the Company to receive any funds. Therefore, in order for the Company to recoup the ISA Proceeds in full, the Investors would have to sell 9,110,918 Ordinary Shares (the "Assumed Monthly Traded Shares"), being 1/12(th) of the ISA Shares, at the Benchmark Price each month. The Investors have covenanted with the Company to use their best endeavours to dispose of at least 4,555,459 Ordinary Shares (the "Minimum Monthly Shares"), being 50% of the Assumed Monthly Traded Shares, in each month. | supercity |
