Not the first time AYM have been late with RNS - would have expected this week - that said AYM have had history of releasing news during the trading day - can expect share price to start to drift of PEAs continue to be delayed - hopefully not for much longer

That’s 2 jV’s now. One in Canada and 1 in Southern Ireland Tara mines. AYM is next once Majors see our PEA.

Keya directors are not even taking salaries,and working their asses off for shareholders.

Longevity of the break depends on who you are. If you're a solicitor rhen you're off from 15th december to 15 Janaury lol.

Xmas break officially is xmas n boxing and NYD. So just before xmas break can be argued around 23rd December and just after id say this week. Hence why i put my neck out for an rns tomorrow

spacedust - you know that to be incorrect. They actually said just before or after the Christmas break. Depends on how long your break is :-)

Either way it is due very, very soon and the copper price looks to support us,

The PEA is a 300–400 page document so it has to be right. The big boys will want to see it and any errors could be costly.

Yip we need that PEA. In 2020 tbey said PEA report out more or less from 23rd december 2020 onwards. Its now 2021 and no PEA RNS lol.

That’s what junior companies were always set upto do. Prove up resources and sell to majors. They certainly have proven Parys up that’s for sure. That’s how you do it.

Calm I’m expecting a takeover of around £200M to £250M this year. Yes 2021. Directors are all in their 70’s.

We are looking to lock in another asset/project and my instinct tells me it’s Buchans resources Newfoundland base metals project with gold and silver.
Add Parys and we are there.

That’s not including any of our iron ore deposits.

The directors have had AYM since the 90’s. They cashed in their chips on Minco in 2017 AYM is next. This PEA will give any potential suitor the ammunition they need. They already previously done deals with Boliden and Glencore.

With two good PEA's and a good corporate event on Grangesberg plus the acquisition I'm looking for a fair value of £100m market cap IE just short of 50p share price
