Falling share price doesn’t bode well for the next placing ! Penny has dropped for most .. just funding wages imho.

Just £1000 of stock on offer at 1.7p then it moves up again, the drop from the 2p range seems somewhat artificial, happened on very low volume hence why they are not willing to sell many at current levels.

Kooba, no, I didn’t miss all that. But the activity recently has been so pronounced that it’s hard to keep up with the current stockholding position by institutional investors such as Juno used to be. So Kearney bought out Juno’s entire stake ? Sounds like boardroom revolts come a bit easier than shareholder revolts. :o(

The only ones being blindsided here are the shareholders

Did you miss the Chair being voted off and Varma the FD involved in Juno resigning and Juno selling its stake to the then ex chair. There has not been that much news flow but that did all come out. It was a group of disgruntled shareholders I understand wanting change at the top and blindsided them all.

I wonder what the current share ownership structure is now.
Does Juno still hold 20 odd % any more?
Would a shareholder revolt be possible with the current block holdings as they are?
Would a revolt even achieve anything … eg: take a good, hard long look at director salaries?
If the answer to all this is no, then I’m off to Anglesey to sink a subsidised pint or two to drown my sorrows.

We don’t have a CEO or a mine. But we have a mine manager and a golf club with subsidised beer pumps lol

That is part of the problem at the moment. We don't have a CEO

He’s achieved a nice salary plus expenses for a part-time job. I’d say he doesn’t commit more than 5/10 hours a month, so £1000/£2000 per hour is a good achievement for half-baked geologist from a Cornish mining school

What has the CEO achieved beyond dilution?

The million quid they had six months ago must be almost exhausted, I think we’ll see another placing within the next few months
