Since the last two pieces of fantastic news released on 6 July and 14 June we were flatline or finished red.

Last 100 weekends haS been the same. One of these weekends bound to be the one. Hopefully when fantastic news comes along we will be flatline or down by no more than 10% at best.....just going by share price movement after previous fantastic new releases.

Yea good advice. That's why I'm taking a break now. Back to construction for a while but keep studying and watching the markets. Demo accounts have their uses.

Little and often, never worry about timing a top or bottom, the market will always be open and take your time.

I do enjoy the charting though. It appeals to my analytical mind. I hadn't used fib much although knew about it. On that basis copper could really retrace now to the 61 line on a D1. All theory at the moment.

I only play at this to be honest. Had a great mentor and did well at forex for a couple of years and was quite proud that I held my own. It's a lonely and difficult business trading. I'm construction background so all this is fairly new to me. Going to pause for a while and study some more.

Unless I had wads to play the minute sessions, i wouldn't even try. So hard to do it consistently over time. I used to work for a hedge fund and finding prop traders was always the hardest part of the business for them.

Tis why i don't spreadbet of cfd trade.It easy to spot when something is overbought and oversold but shorter time frame volatility can carry you're position out so quickly.

Well, I have gone long on copper now for the long awaited retrace. Only a small trade with a TP of 3.5900. Money where my mouth is for a change.
