You know I have never been a fan of AN and I think the very poor lack of deals since they got FDA shows quite a poor understanding of the market he was trying to get into .
Other failures are beginning to show up now too after the rns and distinct lack of forward planning and strengthening of the bod is now costing yet mlte time and money .
I've not been invested long licklly and have a very low average but I will be keeping a close eye on what hallens this year and unless there is a big change and improvement. In the shareprice and ANs performance won't hesitate to get out either

Bones, Succinctly put! Whilst it is helpful finally having s/o on the Board who's actually got real-time recent US experience, he is a Non-Executive so his involvement will be commensurate with that: quarterly board meetings, ad hoc conf calls, etc. Plus he is in another time zone. Without a dynamic chairman in place (and Selvey clearly doesdnt fit that bill) there is a limit to what NEDs can achieve on their own.

The real issue as in any company is the quality of the executive team that run the business day to day! Angle's issue seems to be that after a decade of fashioning the management structure around one individual aka Newland, suddenly it has dawned on our hero that he cant do it alone! Am sure the structure played a role in Todd Druly jumping ship so quickly, which at the time no one paid much heed to, but in retrospect perhaps we should have....

Yes I agree we’re currently in one of those phases and that large seller (Aegon) didn’t help by crashing the price much harder than the 5th Jan RNS warranted. At the moment we are still clearing out the traders from the low/mid 20s, but new buyers are moving in and clearing them out, hence the coil pattern on the chart. At some point we’ll break out of it imo. Could be any day now.

Parob,

I have been invested in Angle for over 15 years!!!!

I've seen huge gyrations in the share price and have both a core long term holding, as well as stock which I have on numberous occasions been able to buying with market forces that don't truly refelct the intrinsic value of the company. We are curently in one of those phases at present, and I like many I guess have harnessed this opportunity. The fact GFI took a recent large position, given thei recent activities and close relationships with other makor holders says plenty....

We are nearer news on numerous fronts .....Sit tight and see what AN has to announce...

GFI have obviously done their research and seen something they like. Maybe they'll trim their holding in WAND and add more here over the coming weeks.

Bones ... it's not actually loss making ..... it's only the development costs of further advancement incurred in 2022 figures.... 22 M Loss. These are costs that won't reoccur. So the labs etc are actually covering costs and making money even now. These future figures are a guide, which imo will be hugely beaten....This could be another Wanddisco

Potentially a cheap takeover on the cards which would be great for those buying in now but not for those who have hung on and stayed loyal for years.

Think the problem here is there are those that understand the science and those that understand buisness but not many who can do both .

The science is fantastic and no doubt parsortix is a fantastic system that works and is superior to it's rivals etc etc .

From a buisness point of view agl isn't quite such a success . Lots of mistakes make along the way have meant as an investment it's not been a good one . There's are also obvious issues commercializing it with the lack of any significant deals arriving this far .

Even in 2026 turnover is only expected around 20m which would mean it's likely to still be loss making even then .

That has to change and fast and I'm hoping the new BOD member can do that but it won't be easy . It wouldnt be the first time great tech fails to achieve it's potential or even dissapear without a trace .

That's why I say this year is pivotal and unless things improve from a very poor start the threat of more funding issues and dilution aren't a good reason to stay here .

There are glimmers of hope though but until they are turned into hard facts it's just noise .

You are quite right with your observations about investors vs traders. As an investor, I 'own' a stake in a company, and by making that investment I am making judgment calls on the board, the management, the strategy, the products, the markets etc. Many investors here feel angry about Selvey and Newland for the simple reason that having supported the Board over a long period of time, the company's share price is now back at its loweest level for 10 years! We feel we have been conned by the management and the Board

As with all shares, I think there are traders here as well as investors (and people who do both!) - nothing wrong with some re-traces along the way, for now it seems we are seeing higher lows each time (since the start of this year), so perhaps the 'coiled spring' analogy is not so silly after all ...
Meanwhile CLSC in a week should be interesting to follow. Surely them and GFI showing an interest here is worth paying attention to more than a few bulletin board de-rampers ? But agreed that it's time the management started to deliver, I can see why longer term investors are not happy.

Couldnt agree more. It is truly shocking that Selvey is still in place as chair, given his woeful stewardship of the3 company over an extended period of time. It is equally shocking that he has not expressed any remorse, or concern about the direction of travel of the company that he chairs.

Only now is there a belated recognition within the BoD of what a mess they are in and how woefully underpowered and out of its depth they all are. Cue an unseemly scramble by Selvey to shore things up and deflect criticism of his woeful leadership with the scramble to onboard 2 NEDs who at least on paper bring much-needed financial and sector expertise. What have the board been doing these last few years, that they didnt recognise the crying need to freshen the board. Why on earth did Selvey leave this till after the share price has crashed? These appointments should have been made several years ago, and well in advanceof the final lap towards FDA approval...
