Seems cash not an issue either, plus no debt.

Nothing would surprise me on the AIM and AGL - Way too much volume for PI's - Never know may have been a backhanded attempt to give his mates at Abbot a chance to build a stake.. We certainly had/have a big seller - but no way PIs have mopped up these shares

hsdeo - I suspect it very much depends on your timeframe. The trolling Herberts would have you believe that it's a one way street to delisting. However, just a little token research indicates that detailed talks with Abbott are going very well, that the Prostate results are eagerly anticipated (790,000 patients per annum) & that Lab Accreditation cannot now be far off.
