Feels like the pressure is building and something major and likley not good is going to happen in the next few weeks. My money is on an agreed bid at something like 75p.

There was over 110m shares traded after Jan RNs within a week if anyone wanted to buy that was the time and they could have got a lot more than 5% .
This is all to do with AN not delivering deals and now being seen to be greedy and rewarding failure .
Either deals come soon or it's time for changes . Problem is setting the levels so low for his options says nothing is coming anytime soon

I’m beginning to think the hedge fund will ask for a seat in the board when they have enough (continued selling playing into their hands). The fact that the management are so tone deaf means they will get what they deserve… But likely ousting current management or sale of the tech to one of our competitors. I don’t think many will weep for them.

Could he have set it low on purpose so a few would through in the towel...and allow funds (GF) to buy in lower? It was a month between him buying and them increasing percentage...so he could be in cahoots with them!Far fetched probably but it is AIM :)

The issue is that many shares will have been purchased down here and it is now deemed in my book a trading share. Making decent headway will be difficult as any rise will be sold into unless Newland pulls something out of the bag.

If this drops to 20p the share price will have lost 87.5% since FDA approval yet Newland sits in his Ivory Tower. It amazes me that no one actually says "stop, it is completely wrong to announce these options at this time". My conclusion is they are either complicit or the need to do this now for some other reason. I appreciate that the old options were not "fit for purpose" but whose fault is that.

Last RNS may have been the final straw for many and indicates little chance of any news in the short term, sub 20p beckons and then there is the prospect of another fund raise on the cards later this year, at what price ~10p?

If you steal a mars bar from a shop you will get at the very least a police caution, yet CEO's and BOD's can legally mug shareholders with very little consequence. It seems at the moment to me if you are inside you will do very nicely but if you are on the outside you will have to take your chances.

It is disgusting when you think that there is so much commercial greed. Newland stating that he was not interested in money was a bare face lie as if he was not interested he would have at least aligned his interests with those of his shareholders.

Larger shareholders may be the cause of the larger sells, fed up with corporate greed. What has Newland delivered since FDA approval. A whole heap of options for himself and others at the expense of shareholders.

Lets hope the funds continue to buy and soak up some of these shares being sold. It is a bit disconcerting seeing 50k and 100k sells.
