MDS2028 are you a premium member? I can't tell as I'm logged in through my phone but if so, please start a new thread....I use to like GB for his balanced views but now it's all doom and gloom with him!

Calling me a moron is a little harsh, you however right as this is your thread I can't filter you. As you know so little about me the very quick and unconsidered comment. noticed cut and paste is still working with your comments LOL

ANGM cannot leave 'capital restructuring' until the last minute, so don't think it is safe to gamble here until feb 15th.I expect ANGM will have to call an EGM to vote on consolidation and placings, so what could happen is 1.SUSPENSION pending EGM to 2.VOTE on CONSOLIDATION then 3.PLACINGS to raise cash then 4.DEAL with Cyrus to get rid of $10-$15m of ANGMs $30m debt in return for 75% of Arctic mining. Then watch the new share price drop like a stone as shares are issued like confetti.

Crumbs left here, yep, 25% of Arctic Mining and loss making Nalunaq. To keep trading ANGM will have to raise capital, how will they do it? As ANGM will also be expected to raise enough cash to fund 25% of BAM development they will need $20m (£15m) atleast.£15m is 3,000,000,000 shares at 0.5p.Now who is going to take on 3,000,000,000 shares? NOBODY! What will be the alternatives? Increase the share price and reduce the number of shares needed! 50:1 consolidation would give a share price of 25p and then only 60,000,000 shares are needed. These can be fed into the market via SEDA taps/Socius deals (pre-selling into the market for a cert profit). This pre-selling is a tried and tested way ANGM have raised cash before. It destroys the share price with overhang after overhang (a share price death spiral) but both the company and the lender do well at the share holders expense. This will happen IMO.

christ he's at it again c'mon be honest everyone if you met this clown in a pub or a function would you sit and listen to the same drivel or walk away. I mean each to their own opinion but really unless you agree with him your opinion doesn't matter as has been clearly observed on this board. I don't believe in filtering people BUT

Lot of big sells this morning,I have a feeling that a lot of PIs are stuck here now having been sucked in on yesterdays pump n dump.

I hope some long termers took advantage of yesterdays 'pump n dump' as bid is back at 5.2p and looking to go lower.Crystalblue, you see 2000 oz pour as good? Remember the mining costs at Nalunaq are $1.4m a MONTH.It has been over 1.5 months now since the last RNSd pour,so $2.1m is needed to cover mining costs.2000oz x $1690 = $3.38m - $2.1m = $1.28m x 94% = $1.2032m.(less as it is dore bars). This could be taken well by the market but $1.2032m is far short of the $3.85m needed to save 75% of Arctic mining (BAM).Personally I don't think that the pour will be anywhere near 2000 oz as they only managed 557 oz after 10 weeks on Nov 30th.

Pure roulette now.

Very very cheap if they announce a 2k+ gold pour, good cash flow and enter refi with a quite strong hand.

BUT if there is some kind of 'problem', equipment, pillars, etc, etc, (and I did say IF) this is in serious trouble. They CANNOT afford any more delays. If the creditors pull support the shrholders could get very little or nothing following a possible suspension.

Place your bets.......or leave the table.

Sorry JAF but at 0.51p it looks like a sell to me but I agree it could have been a delayed buy except the MMs would have been selling a large amount below the 5.2p lowest offer price, which is unlikely and we know Yorkville just acquired 25m shares and could be the seller.

Induna it's all very well warning people but we are individuals capable of making our own decisions after dyor surely. The problem most have here is that it's the same diatribe day after day which is now quite frankly monotonous and boring. People that are here in this share are well aware of up and downside dammit he's just a broken record. He would further gain more sympathy/credit from other investors if he wasn't relishing the chance of this going down the toilet one bitter little person rant over

Badhshah, you're a new guy here so you don't know the long history of the various posters here. GB is just warning new punters (like yourself) from making the same mistakes we did over the last 2 years. GB is quite right to warn of pending danger regarding the funding issue. It needs to be resolved as current (and previous) gold production doesn't cut it.

Gb has no interest or sympathy for PIs. He has his own job to do, most likely he is interested maximising profit for his company. Our job is to expose his interests and fail him in his mission.FT news paper is not run by stupid people. If they say the value of this company is 5.8p then they have done some research about it. That is why they are called FT. So Gb, it will be hard for you to bash this stock down for long now.

We have one issue to be solved and that is why people like Gb are found on almost every active board. Why Gb is here. I think he is here on behalf of one of the parties who wants to buy a lot shares but must not let the market know that they are buying. So Gb's job is scare off PIs and keep the price depressed as long as possible so that this particular buyer can buy as cheap as possible. That is my view about Gb. Gb is not a stupid man but a wiser one then all of us. He knows how to make money in the market and specially from this stock.

Quiet Wilba... Thats because unlike you, i do have a full time job.

Still waiting for the apology for calling me a liar. Mr Ramptastic..

Where's the two RNS's?

This is just bouncing off support with the day traders on board after the 60% retrace.

Be honest CB. If there is not a very positive RNS pretty damn quick this will retrace to the next support.

Still waiting for the apology
