So, as we await the underperforming and overpaid directors to clarify whether the company has a future or not, let me take the chance to summarise my understanding of their performance to date:

Since coming into office they have managed to improve their job titles to acting CEO and Group Finance Director (or whatever the title is)

They have failed to buy a single share in the company

They have managed to lose existing contracts to other suppliers

They have failed to even get existing clients to stick to signed contracts

They have lost money on the only significant client's contracts to the point where this has wiped out the company's asset value

They have for a second time spent a fortune opening a state of the art facility that will probably never even do any business

They have failed to apologise or even accept any blame for this mess

To think that they have been paid for this and continue to draw salaries is absolutely disgraceful. Whatever they utter in the future nothing will change the fact that they have failed to date to produce anything with a significant net positive impact on the company but have been handsomely rewarded for this failure. And they expect shareholders to trust their competence and dedication? You really couldn't make it up.
