Tin flying again today @ $28,900/Tonne up 4.58% at time of post. The reopening of the Chinese markets and factories is going to have a positive effect on the tin price / demand and don’t forget with the production increase and reduced aisc at Uis we are cash flow positive just on tin. We are likely to be the 1st lithium producer listed on AIM , could already be dependent on if you accept the samples sent to the potential off takers as production, all the lithium is free and there’s quite literally a mountain of the stuff. Once the shares start catching the eyes of the influencers and tip sheets the price of ATM May begin to reflect it’s worth but I doubt that.
Happy to be a holder

AfriTin Mining Ltd

10 January 2023

AfriTin Mining Limited

("AfriTin" or the "Company")

Confirmation of Name Change

AfriTin Mining Limited (AIM: ATM), an African technology metals mining company with a portfolio of mining and exploration assets in Namibia, announces that, further to its announcement of 5 January 2023, the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey has confirmed the name change from Afritin Mining Limited to Andrada Mining Limited ("Andrada"). Accordingly, t he change of name will take effect, and dealings under the new company name of Andrada Mining Limited (AIM:ATM), will commence from 8.00 a.m. on 11 January 2023.

As previously announced, the name Andrada reflects the Company's expanding lithium and tantalum resources alongside its existing tin production. The new name originates from José Bonifácio de Andrada e Silva, the Brazilian mineralogist and professor who first discovered petalite and spodumene, which are major lithium bearing minerals and a precursor to the identification of lithium. Management believes that the Uis licence could host a globally significant lithium resource.

The Company's ISIN will remain GG00BD95V148 and its trading mnemonic will remain ATM. The information required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies can still be accessed on . A new website address will be provided in due course.

Anthony Viljoen, CEO, commented : "I'm delighted to confirm the Company's change of name and we look forward to rebranding as Andrada Mining. The Company's potential lithium resource size in Namibia is extremely exciting, and the change of name reflects the importance of it within our growing production profile, beyond our existing tin operation. We look to the future with huge excitement as Andrada Mining plays its part in the energy transition."

Good update. Everything going to plan for the upgrades.
They should be breaking even now financially with the AISC and the lower tin price.

The RNS does indeed read well with a great quality sample product. In the Crux video from Sunday/Monday AV could barely contain his excitement and openly states that it’s the most valuable thing he has ever owned.
With China relaxation of the covid rules the price of tin is climbing and the number of trades being done on the SHFE the Shares should have a quick recovery. All the positives that have come to light this week will be reflected and the next 6 months or so is going to be massively exciting. Very happy to be along term holder here, our management are hands on and doer’s not talkers.

Looks like big seller continues to off load as buyers buy. Will need significant value add RNS to shift share price I would think.

Interesting that they want to change the company name to Andrada to emphasise the non-tin production side.

From today's RNS:

..."Anthony Viljoen (CEO) commented:

"These exploration drill results contain the highest average lithium grade for a full pegmatite intersection within the V1/V2 pegmatite ore body to date, namely 90m at an average Li(2) O content of 1.40%. This intersection includes a continuous portion of 76 m at 1.56% Li(2) O. The lithium grade of the V1/V2 pegmatite appears to increase with depth, and the Company intends to further explore the down dip potential of this pegmatite. We look forward to the potential upgrade of our mineral resource estimate and advancing our lithium and tantalum product development programmes at Uis.""....

RE: Another exciting interview

What a great find and a great interview. This just highlights what we have in store for 2023 Q1 ans Q2. For AV to say that he is sitting on the most valuable asset he has ever known and people are literally banging on his door for an Offtake agreement. Either way they are going to choose the right one and we are literally mining Lithium for free presently, as i expect with the increase in Tin volume will push the production cost down to the low $20k per tonne in Tin.

Also did anyone else see the company is changing it's name in the New Year. No doubt to be more focused on tech metals especially Lithium.....watch this space. I'm loading the boat next week.
