Director Change

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that Mr. Brian C. Savage is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective close of business on 16 October 2020. Mr. Savage will focus on advancing Avellana Gold's Muzhievo and Beregovo gold, silver, lead, zinc project in Ukraine, where he is Chairman and CEO and developing projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC"). His responsibilities as a member of both the Remuneration and Audit Committee will be assumed by Mr. Paul Gazzard.
