Crazytowner is clearly attempting to use my contacts and influence and thinks he gets insider information. In effect he is in my opinion a small time trader, posting under several names. The recent shambolic situation with this company he was unaware of and is now trying to recover a trading position suggesting its someone blocking Glencore. In NYC we would call him a Schmuck

Good morning MadEngland. I am now more than convinced than ever that the theory you and many of your colleagues purport vis a vis Crazytowners activities and relationship with advfn is on the money. A post was removed where I reported to the world Crazytowner attempt to contact me. I did not mention advfn, as the message was via the other well used thread where I post under a different name

Lol LG.I was pretty shocked to read the suggestion that captain had been messaging people to try and build his ramping club, abs from an extremely reputable poster Beltd. You'd have thought his multi moniker approach would have sufficed without recruiting.

I am very excited to share more of our captain's post. He's been down in the cabin a while with a nasty case of stiff middle leg but Hughez has finally relieved him. My question, has the captain found a new ramping line? .I was expecting Glencore to take a position in us upon the signing of the offtake, using some of the 200m and becoming our partner..Whilst AH can theoretically perform his role as a consultant again, this vote may well have have been more about putting Glencore off. I.E. They take a position but there is already an existing shareholder with a bigger one..Is another offtaker trying to muscle in

The BOD are seeking legal advice. When has that ever been quick or, for that matter, cheap?

"malevolent parties" I'm not sure there are any malevolent parties. If you are trying to influence the direction and options available to the company that doesn't make you a malevolent party.

I'm not sure the vote on the additional 200m shares is necessarily a pointer either. They want to control the direction and options available to the company not cripple it.

I think there is a danger of putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5. Maybe someone desires that.

I believe that the 200m shares would be used in the offtake deal with Glencore our partner..My view is that not reappointing Adam is about putting Glencore off, perhaps in the hope of securing the offtake themselves..Its worth having a look at the last set of Glencore accounts, it shows how huge the profits are from their metals trading.

TDT, that is all well and good, but the BOD should clarify this if it is the case.

Does Adam not being on the board affect his ability to continue working with or for AMC?

If this was the case why wouldn't any malevolent parties have voted against the other resolutions? Surely, by voting against the authority to release 200 million shares they would have put greater pressure on the company and may have made it easier for a low ball offer to be accepted if funds were running low

Why not as an employee? Does not have to be as a director. Unusual but what is not unusual about this company?

That's a good point I'd not considered!Yes as per usual the comms poor. I've emailed Robin et al..... lowly shareholders don't get replies.

Also I’m thinking the company are speaking to their lawyers because it causes an issue having Adam sit on the board of NRr representing AMC interests. If he’s not a director how can he? I don’t believe the company could let an adviser do this. But wtfdik!

Hi Mad have you tried contacting the company? I messaged on the website but as usual no response - pretty pathetic comms. I can’t see any clarification being provided prior to Christmas. It’s been such a disappointing share :(

I'm not sure what blocking his appointment will do really. If he's sat with 25m options at 1.95 as an advisor to the board he's still going to go after the offtake agreement. Is it a warning shot showing the board that someone has the power to block? Surely AMC must be obliged to share the voting breakdown?

So presumably Adam will remain an advisor to the board. Re reading this from his appointment, has his second tranche of options now vested? If you read this the NRR deal should have triggered that? Any thoughts? As part of Adam Habib's consultancy agreement, he has been awarded a total of 25, 619,260 share options over the Company's ordinary shares with an exercise price of 1.95 pence per share (the "Options"). Of the total, 12,803,630 will vest immediately and are not subject to performance criteria. The remaining 12,803,630 are subject to performance and will vest as upon the successful completion by the Company of an off-take agreement, or completion of a producing asset investment. The options will expire on 13 February 2025.

We are certainly seeing the usual bottom phishing derampers on the board who id imagine see the possibility of riding a short term jump
